Knottapharm - rauhallinen maaseutumatka

Knottapharm koostuu kolmesta paviljongityylisestä mökistä, joissa on suuret katetut parvekkeet. Kahdessa paviljongissa on makuuhuone ja kylpyhuone.

Ensimmäisessä paviljongissa on kaksi suurta huonetta, joissa on king size-vuoteet, ja toisessa on yksi iso huone, jossa king size-vuode, kerrossänky, jossa on kaksi erillistä kerrossänkyä ja pyykki, jossa on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu.

Kolmas paviljonki koostuu perhehuoneesta, keittiöstä, jauhehuoneesta ja aulasta.

Keittiö on täysin varustettu ja sisältää lisälaitteita, kuten mikroaaltouunin, ruoanvalmistuslaitteen, tehosekoittimen ja tarjoiluastiat.

Muita palveluja ovat avotakka, iso BBQ, Wi-Fi, stereot, lankapuhelin, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu.

Yksikään laakson operaattori ei vastaanota matkapuhelinta. Voit ohjata matkapuhelimesi lankapuhelinnumeroon, jos odotat puheluita.

Kaikki pyyhkeet, lakanat, tyynyt ja peitot toimitetaan.

Ulkona ja villieläimet

Kiinteistö on 25 hehtaarin suuruinen, ja taloa ympäröi 3 hehtaarin puhdistettu maa ja loput koostuvat raivaamattomasta metsästä. Cedar Brush Creek kulkee kiinteistön läpi ja tekee ihanasta kävelystä. Jos olet onnekas, pääset näkemään wallaby, wombats, lyre-linnut, piikkikampela, hirvieläimet ja goannat.

Kiinteistö takaa The Great Northern Walk -kadun, joka tarjoaa haastavamman vaelluksen.

Siellä on paintball noin 20 minuutin ajomatkan päässä (varataan tilauksesta)
 
Mangrove Mountainin "Springs" -golfkenttä on noin 30 minuutin päässä.

Central Coast Adventure Park on noin 20 minuutin päässä.

Maastopyöräilyä harrastaville Ourimbah-maastopyöräreitit ovat vain lyhyen 20 minuutin ajomatkan päässä.

Lähin kauppa on noin 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Yarramalongin kylästä, jossa on rajoitettu määrä tarvikkeita ja bensiiniä. Jos tarvitset merkittäviä tarvikkeita, Tuggerah Westfield on noin 35 minuuttia autolla.

Peaceful stay
We had a lovely weekend stay at Knottapharm as two families with young children. The house is well equipped for adults and children and the layout is perfect when travelling with another family. There was an issue with one of the rooms before we checked in which made our sleeping arrangements a little tight but Leanne and Steven made every effort to ensure we were comfortable and still had a fabulous time. We would love to come back and stay again!

Idyllic Getaway!
We were a family of 8 plus a toddler looking for a rural retreat for our annual holiday together. This property ticked all of the boxes from arrival. Secluded location, perfect character filled home that comfortably accommodated all really well, all the modern comforts, extremely well stocked kitchen and pantry, ample fire wood to enjoy the fireplaces the whole time we were there and the garden/grassed area was gorgeous and allowed for ball games and totem tennis. Could not ask for anything more! Leanne, whom we met, was such a gracious and organised Host. I could not recommend this property more highly, would love to experience in summer and get to laze by the pool! Thanks Leanne and Steven

Ten of our extended family used Knottapharm as our base to attend our sons wedding near by. It is a great property with 3 separate wings, a beautiful pool and lovely grounds. As a bonus there are even chickens providing fresh eggs ( we got 1 each day).

Perfect retreat
This property is absolutely perfect for a family getaway or a large group of friends. The separate living & sleeping pavilions made it easy for everyone to have their own space as well as being able to come together in one large entertaining area. There’s loads of space for outdoor games and the pool was divine. It’s super private and beautifully appointed. The kitchen is wonderful to cook in, equipped with everything you could possibly imagine, the pantry is well stocked and the large dining table perfect for meals and game nights together. All in all, couldn’t recommend the property highly enough, and can’t wait to go back in the winter to use the outdoor fire pit!

Another amazing stay at Knottapharm
This was our 3rd stay at Knottapharm and we loved every moment, such a relaxing break. Lots of room for kids to run around and adults to retreat, well stocked kitchen, amazing pool, we were well entertained with Finska, darts and chickens! Beautiful getaway from Sydney
Leanne met us on arrival and gave us a brief tour of the property. The space itself is glorious (particularly the pool on a hot day!), the rooms were large and spacious and overall it felt so homely and welcoming. Our whole group loved the getaway from Sydney and we'd all agreed we'd be rushing to stay again!

Home away from home
Once again, we had a wonderful time at Knottapharm. Perfectly laid out for multiple families, it had everything needed for a comfortable and entertaining stay (well equipped kitchen, games, outdoor activities & lots of nature - including the chickens & ducks, & the resident wombat!). There was no need to leave. Knottapharm is a beautiful getaway, we’re looking forward to visiting again!
