This is a 1,232 square foot, 3 bed/2 bath townhome. It is a clean and comfortable place to rest after a long day of playing, traveling or exploring.
Two small dogs allowed, NO cats!
Pet Fee $100. Be sure to include dogs, if any, when booking.
Close to bowling, movie theatre/arcade, parks, sports fields, wedding venues, golf course and 3 miles from SUU.

**We really enjoyed staying at Shaun’s place and wished we had more time to explore. It was very easy to get in and out. The property had every item we could wish for and Shaun made sure to finish every detail. We did not once go looking for something and not find it. Shaun communicated frequently with us and was very quick to respond. There was a big storm that went through town while we were there and Shaun took the extra step to check on us. Five stars all the way.

Felt like home
This home had everything we needed. The owner was so thoughtful to supply so many kitchen and bathroom necessities and even extra treats. There were even things for dogs... if you have them. Totally recommend!

At the top of the list
This is by far one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The house is layed out perfectly, esp. if you have children. It was the two of us, so we had more than enough room. In fact, it was nice having 2 bathrooms! The host is easy to get a hold of. We had a small issue and our host (Shun) took care of it immediately. The house was very clean. Nice backyard if you have a dog. Even though we didn't use the backyard we could see it would be nice for a dog. Can't say enough good for the whole experience. Thanks again Shun. If ever in the area you know where we will be staying.

Feels Like Home
Our experience was incredible. The Hunts are responsive and friendly. We stayed here because we were dropping our daughter off at SUU. The visit was bittersweet and having a quaint place to land every night was comforting as we reluctantly became empty nesters! Our doggies enjoyed the yard and friendly neighbors.

Lovely, clean house in a quiet neighborhood
We loved staying at this property. It was very clean. Everything worked well. The beds were comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, the kitchen has a dishwasher. The cutting boards are under the sink. Washing machine and dryer both worked well and were easy to use. Easy parking and access to the highways and parks. The local supermarket, Lin’s, sells really good fresh-squeezed orange juice - do not miss it!

Comfortable/Highly recommend
The house was extremely comfortable and they had extras like snacks, toiletries and coffee. The kitchen was well supplied so we where able to cook meals. The whole experience was good. We watched an incredible firework show from the front yard. We are definitely going to staying here on our next trip to Cedar City.

Great place and dog friendly!
Great place to stay! Everything was well stocked and prepared our visit. Loved the little touches like kcups and makeup mirrors. The yard was great for our dogs and it was nice to sit on the patio to relax with them. The hosts were so nice and easy to get in touch with. There wasn’t one thing that we lacked. Many thanks to the Hunt family - wonderful experience!

Great home in Cedar City
We enjoyed our stay here at this property. Very clean, and exactly as pictured and described. Home is also dog friendly, we brought our 2 dogs with us and they loved playing in the grass in the backyard. We would stay again.

A good stay
A comfortable place to stay. It was clean, had everything you needed. The communication with the owners was outstanding and easy. The beds were a little to soft for my wife and I. We prefer a very firm mattress. The back yard was clean and enough room for our 65lbs dog. The only downside was it was a little further north of the downtown area than we expected. But overall a very good, comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and Roomy Place!
My husband, two dogs, and I stayed here and loved it!! They have a fenced back yard which our dogs enjoyed and we loved the cleanliness of the place. Their kitchen was stocked which was nice since we ended up cooking some meals there. We would definitely stay here again.

A Dream Stay
My husband and I stayed for 4 months, while my husband was acting at Utah Shakespeare Festival. We knew we needed extra bedrooms for the guests that were passing through, and a yard for our dog. The house was ideal: quiet, well-equipped and close to the high school where dogs are welcome, as long as you clean up after them.

Perfect for visiting Cedar City!
This was the perfect home for a weekend in Cedar City with our family and two pups! The owner was so fantastic with communicating and letting us have a later check-out, and he checked on us to make sure our tempature was comfortable. The backyard was a perfect space for both of our pups to run around in and play fetch, and our whole family joined together to play games in the game garage! The beds were comfortable and we were easily able to drive to and from downtown Cedar City to eat delicious food and see the sights, as well as easily access hikes. We followed the instructions in the guidebook provided to go to Parowan Gap and see dinosaur footprints and petroglyphs, and for a family raised by a paleontologist, it was something we'd never seen before and LOVED. Such a great experience!
