Sunridge G2 has five steps leading in, is multi-level, offers internet access, and is not pet friendly. This unit has a premier rating and sleeps seven. The living room features a flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace. There's a fully functional kitchen with a breakfast bar and two stools, and the dining room seats six. On this level, there is also a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. The second bedroom offers two single beds and another full bath. Upstairs, you'll find the third bedroom with a queen bed and a flat-screen TV, while the loft area has a single sleeper sofa; they share the third full bath.


Sunridge is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community. In the summer, you can relax on the deck with a grand view of the mountains. There is no gas grill available. This unit is ski-in/ski-out with on-trail access, weather permitting, and shuttle service is also available. Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two depending on location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on-site within the communities.


All homes in The Villages include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and toilet tissue. 


During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis / basketball courts and the Community pools. However, our condo guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).

Remote check-in is an option. Please call our hotel front desk to provide a credit card for incidentals & sign your paperwork no less than 24 hours prior to your arrival to avoid checking in at the hotel front desk. More instructions will be sent in your pre-arrival information.
