Island's Sunset Master Blue Guest Room on Lake Murray

This gorgeous property is located on a peninsula of 16 homes on a quiet section of beautiful Lake Murray, has large windows to view the lake, and offers swimming in the lake or pool at the main house, as well as kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, hiking, shuffleboard, horseshoes, basketball, pickleball, picnic area with swings, wood burning fire pit on a sandy beach, new gas fire pit in lounge area on rear deck, as well as rocking chairs by the pool to view gorgeous sunsets in the evening!

There's also great striper bass fishing on Lake Murray with a fish cleaning station available for your use! In addiition there's two boat ramps on the premises to launch your own boat and a newly renovated dock to moor at! The property offers shared watercraft as well, including 2 Pedal Kayaks, Canoe, Paddle Board, Floats, Children's 4 seat paddle boat, 15' bouncer on the lake when available.

The sidewalks around the property are nice to stroll on with awesome views of the lake, fountains, and a pond. Walks in the evening are especially nice when the stars are shining brightly!

The Sunset Blue Master Bedroom sleeps 2 on a king bed, has it's own full bath, and is perfect for a romantic get away! It has lots of large wiindows with fantastic views of the lake and also includes 2 nightstands and lamps, curio cabinet, dresser with mirror, recliner, side table, two side chairs with end table, full size desk and chair, a small chest of drawers, brand new carpeting, a wall mounted cable TV, and a separate exterior entrance from the rear porch. This room also has a mini fridge/freezer/microwave combo and coffee maker. Paper goods, plasticware, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and linens are provided.

There is a propane grill available upon request on the rear deck overlooking the lake.
