Avoid like the plague..plenty of better options!
Our bathtub and tv didn't work, the bartender was incredibly rude and refused to serve me when I asked for a non-alcoholic drink, and when I called and asked prior to booking abt construction they said it was "minimal". The entire place is under construction and the noise from it was going on at 10 pm and 7 am. This trip was my son's Christmas present and I am so disappointed in the property I chose.

One of my best stays ever in Charleston. The shuttle is a plus! You’re good with getting to the mall and any restaurant within 3miles from the hotel and the free breakfast is wonderful.

#1 They should have mention about the renovations before booking. #2 the noise was terrible. I could not rest early this morning.I left from 8:30 due to noise. Also the house keeper was knocking on the door from after 8am and my check out time is 11. Why do that? #3 After checking in I had to ask the lady at the front desk which way do I go to the elevator. Because she didn't even mention, knowing the place is getting renovated. Which way do l go? I didn't appreciate that. It was my first time so I didn’t know. Honestly when I book the cheapest motel the front desk person would always direct persons and tell them where to find their room. I had to literally ask.

Extremely annoyed that when I booked this property it was never mentioned that the hotel is under construction… the jackhammers started at 8am on Saturday morning and i feel like i have been coughing from all that concrete dust debris.. while the hotel is extremely convenient to the convention center, i am definitely not booking here again.
