Guests will enjoy the convenience of a full, chef-ready kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a classic Charleston single-style porch for enjoying the nearly year-round comfortable temperatures Charleston has to offer. The porch also features an outdoor picnic table, providing an additional space for dining or relaxing al fresco.
The property includes one complimentary off-street parking space, with additional parking available for $20/day. This apartment is on the first floor of the three-story property, which also has two other 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom rentals—one on the garden level and the other on the top floor—that can be rented together for larger groups. The area is also home to some of Charleston's most renowned restaurants, with many within easy walking distance. In fact, a recent Thrillist article listed 11 of the city's top eateries that are just a short stroll from the apartment, including O-Ku, Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit, Chez Nous, The Darling Oyster Bar, The Grocery, Indaco, The Ordinary, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Warehouse, and Leon's Oysters. Getting Around:
Located just three blocks from Upper King Street, most guests prefer to walk and explore the city. The beach is only a 20-minute drive away, and for added convenience, there is a free city shuttle that runs along King Street (just three blocks away) to popular stops. Bike rentals are available nearby, or you can try a pedicab taxi for a fun, unique way to get around. We offer free parking on-site or in the lot we manage directly across the street.
