Summary:
Perfect for traveling professionals! This light-filled ground-floor apartment is available for 30-night minimum rentals. The property is located in the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood, just one block from King Street. Located at the back of the property away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown streets, but close enough to walk to everything!

Please note this unit is handicap inaccessible.

The Space:
This studio is a private hideaway tucked away from the main street. The kitchenette includes a full size fridge, toaster oven, microwave, dinnerware, basic cooking tools, and a stove top with two burners. There is no traditional oven or dishwasher. The private bathroom is right off of the bedroom. There is 1 off-street parking space included. Our parking spaces have a vehicle restriction of 8 feet wide, and 18 feet long.

VRBO is a re-seller, not our website. We list openings not already booked on our site here and on other booking portals that re-sell available nights at a higher rate to cover their surcharges & booking fees.
What you get for this premium: You get an easy to use mobile platform and a quality assurance guarantee from VRBO that we as a management company will deliver the property as advertised.
Personally, we use VRBO when traveling to remote areas that do not have strong locally based property management companies and have had good luck with it. We are happy to have our homes available on this site.

The property is located in the Cannonborough Elliotborough neighborhood of Downtown Charleston, which is considered the most upcoming area on the peninsula. The neighborhood is perfect for a couple or a group who is looking to fully embrace Charleston's unique charm. Step right outside your door and find a wonderfully curated mix of shops, bars, bakeries, and dining. We recommend grabbing a coffee at Island Provisions before exploring King Street, Charleston's ultimate epicenter of shops and restaurants, which is just one short block from the property. Our guests have a wide selection of walkable dinner options, some of our favorites include Chez Nous, Chubby Fish, Bistronomy by Nico, and Vern's. Come experience all that our beautiful city has to offer!

Getting Around:
Charleston is a walking city! Uber is widely available. If guests do have a car, we provide ONE (1) off-street parking space. We suggest to bring an economy size vehicle to help with getting around Charleston's narrow downtown streets.

Cute but too small
The property inside looked nice but it was too small for myself and my husband. The property was quiet at night and the space got very cold (which we liked). Bathroom was very small and one of the shelves bent causing all our toiletries to fall into the toilet. Also- there was a string of lights left on at night I’m sure for guest to find their stays but it was a little annoying to have it on making it hard to fall asleep. Lastly when we visited it was raining so be careful as you walk to the stay as it is in a tiny alley and can get slippery. If you want to stay outside of the French quarter stay here but expect to Uber to wear all the restaurants and fun are.

This was a decent property. Small for two people. Bathroom is very small.
Overall experience was good. No issues. The walk to King St and down to Calhoun St was questionable. Easy .6 miles however.

Our 3 night stay was very enjoyable. The home is very nicely renovated with all the conveniences. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Only issue for us was it is located a bit too far from downtown Savannah. We knew this when we reserved it but would have preferred a closer location to the historical area.

Wonderful Stay
My daughter and I wanted a property close to shopping and restaurants. We left the car parked and we were able to walk everywhere. The management team was extremely accommodating to all of our needs! They checked on us and were also quick to respond. This property is perfect for 2 people. Everything we needed was provided. The linens were high quality and the pillows and blankets were clean and fresh. We were given a welcome basket with wine and coffee and chocolate. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great location and quality for the price! The temperature was east to control, and the check in / check out process was quick and simple.

Perfect Charleston Getaway
