The room was good for its cost but the cleaning staff and front desk staff customer service is terrible. The cleaning person did not come to the room to clean it until I removed all the bedding and placed it outside the room door. A clean woman argued with me over replacement towels when I requested new ones. I had placed dirty towels outside the door two nights prior and never received new towels. When I asked for towels she stated I needed to give her towels for her to replace. I stated I had left the towels outside and she denied me doing so-implying that I was being dishonest. I insisted she give me towels and she rolled her eyes and gave me one towel. Very rude!! I will spend the extra $30 a night for another hotel in the same area. Poor customer service

Considering moving to Charleston so I stayed here so I could check out the area. I was an impromptu trip planned for Memorial Day weekend. This hotel was available and in my budget. It was satisfactory. My biggest complaint was I got a flat tire upon arrival from a nail in the parking lot. My other complaint was a couple of nights during my stay there was screaming in a room next to me in the middle of the night. It sounded like someone was being murdered. I most like wouldn't stay here again.

Stay over til cruise

The ceiling was in shambles. The property was overall run down and the staff were ‘friendly’ but not inviting by any means. Won’t be returning for sure.

Horrific Engagement with Red Roof Inn

Maintenance entered room without permission and smelled smoke. He had no evidence of smoking in the room. He threw my son out of the room on the evening of our first of two nights. I listened to the managers fabricated story and asked for a refund. It was denied.
