Summary:
This is a large 1 bedroom apartment, with an outside deck that is perfect for a vacation where you want to be super close to all the night life, but in a quiet area. Just one block away from Upper King Street, the epicenter of the city's renowned restaurant and nightlife district. Equipped with 2 off-street parking spaces! My driveway narrows to exactly 8 feet wide. If you are uncomfortable with the narrowness, we recommend smaller vehicles. The parking itself is very generous, and not tight.
The Space:
This is a large 1 bedroom with a fold down sofa in the living room. The kitchen is large enough to prepare meals, if you want to stay in, and the outside deck is perfect for enjoying cocktails after a day of walking around the City. The bathroom is located on the first floor.
VRBO is a re-seller, not our website. We list openings not already booked on our site here and on other booking portals that re-sell available nights at a higher rate to cover surcharges & booking fees. What you get for this premium: You get an easy to use mobile platform and a quality assurance guarantee from VRBO that we as a management company will deliver the property as advertised.
Personally, we use VRBO when traveling to remote areas that do not have strong locally based property management companies and have had good luck with it. We are happy to have our homes available on this site.

The neighborhood is perfect for a couple or a group who is looking to fully embrace Charleston's unique charm. Step right outside your door and find a wonderfully curated mix of shops, bars, bakeries, and dining. We recommend grabbing a coffee at The Daily before exploring King Street, Charleston's ultimate epicenter of shops and restaurants, which is just one short block from the property. Our guests have a wide selection of walkable dinner options, some of our favorites include Leon's, Melfi's, and Renzo. Come experience all that our beautiful city has to offer!
Getting Around:
Charleston is a walking city. Uber & Lyft are both widely available. If guests do have a car, we provide TWO off-street parking spaces. We suggest bringing an economy size vehicle if possible.
