-Ideal for groups of 6 with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, offering ample space for guests.
-The open floor plan on the 2nd floor accommodates both dining and lounge space, fostering a sense of togetherness.
Living Area:
š The open living area is designed for entertaining, providing comfortable seating for a small group to socialize or enjoy streaming shows.
- The dining area, located past the fully equipped kitchen, seats six, making it convenient for group meals.
Bathrooms:
šš¼ The 2nd-floor bathroom is recently renovated and features a walk-in shower.
-The common bathroom on the 3rd floor has a double vanity and a bathtub/shower combo.
Bedrooms:
š Two of the bedrooms offer comfortable queen-sized with one bedroom being a king, all with ample closet space, ensuring a restful stay for guests.
Exclusive Access to Rooftop Terrace:
āļø Guests can enjoy exclusive access to a private rooftop terrace on the 4th floor, providing a charming outdoor space for relaxation.

Starting July 15th, we will not have off street parking for this unit. Please inquire with our team for daily parking passes. Construction of a new home next door to this unit is to start January 2025.

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.
*Day Passes are complimentary November 1- March 31, unless there is a ticketed event.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you donāt need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
