The Space:
This is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom second-floor suite!

With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Perfectly maintained, convenient stay
Stayed here for three nights with my husband and teen boys. The location was just perfect with lots of cute restaurants and shops within a short walk. The beds were so comfortable and the hosts were amazing with their response time and information before our trip.

Lovely and well renovated historical home
I would leave 4.5/5 if I could. Overall a very well renovated apartment. The set up of 3 en suite bathrooms was especially nice for different family members. Location was very close to king street and around 30min walk South to French Quarters. The walk down is extremely pleasant so I wouldn’t say it’s far at all. Excellent cafes and coffees within 5-10min. Noise was to be expected in that area, and with 2 bars close by and no double panes windows it was quite loud on weekend nights. Our only major complaint was that one of the bedrooms (the one facing parking lot) had a very old mattress, to the degree that the middle was noticeably higher while the sides sank towards the edge, making one couple in our party very uncomfortable every night. Hopefully this mattress can be replaced and this place would be a 5 star!Also - I think the cleaning service uses bleach for everything, which is good and bad. It took over 6 hours the first night when we arrived to air the place out and by evening it still smelled slightly of bleach. But this is honestly pretty minor. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and even a blender. The coffee machines had keurig pods which was a nice touch. Overall a lovely stay with a very professional and responsive host!

perfect for our family
The set up of the house was perfect for our family. Unfortunately My husband and I picked the room with no standing mirror on the back of the door and no closet which was a big NO for me. The carpets under the beds needs replacing and the queen bed sags on one side. The locations was good. All in all it was a good time. Thank you.

Comvenient to downtown
Beautiful place and very convenient to everything. The kitchen was stocked well, we didn't need anything to cook, even as a family of 6. Even with the noise makers it was very loud. Otherwise we had a great time. The property owners were easy to work with. Unfortunately there was no laundry, which was hard for us. Luckily we weren't staying longer. Overall it was a great place. Thank you so much for everything!

Charleston girls trip
Stayed here with 2 other friends for a quick, fun trip. Location was great- close to some interesting and off the beaten path places, but close enough to everything else to make that part easy. Plenty of space for parking. I chose this place because the living room and kitchen were one big space so that was perfect. Communication with hosts was fabulous. They responded to my questions very quickly. Would definitely stay again!!

As a travel agent, this is worth the money. Great value, great location, great management. Only knock is the bathrooms are on the small side, but that’s to be expected for a historic property like this! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We came for both a family vacation and to see the College of Charleston. We rented a car and were able to easily get everywhere. Dedicated parking spot was great. The house is well appointed, spacious, and comfortable. Management team is super responsive and helpful with suggestions. We would stay here again!

Perfect!
Beautiful, large house that was perfect for our time in Charleston. Property manager was always quick to communicate when we needed something and accommodating when our original house had issues so they relocated us to this bigger one. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance of house or a quick Uber ride if we didn’t feel like walking.

The Inns was so perfect for my mom, sister, and me! We each had our own room with comfortable bed and everything was so clean. 10 minute walk or cheap, quick Uber to downtown center. Check-in and check-out was extremely easy and smooth with the YourPad communication and keypad entry. Would 100% recommend.

40th Birthday Girls Trip
We had a fantastic day at this location. Everything we needed was readily available. It was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The location was absolutely amazing with a block of everything. David was a fantastic host and very responsive. We asked for a iron to be delivered, and he had it there within a couple hours would definitely recommend and stay here again.
