Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views, located on the lower level with a balcony overlooking the seasonal pool. Our bedroom features a queen bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, with a full bathroom, and an electric fireplace in the living room.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners and a microwave. Seating for 6 is available with a kitchen table and bar seating.
The living room has seating for up to 5 guests, with an electric fireplace to warm and create ambiance. . And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.
It's everything you need for a weekend getaway!
The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Perfect couples get away
Our room was ready about 4:20pm. The location is perfect! A quick (yet frigid in January) walk over the drawbridge led us to a quaint downtown area. I am gluten free and The Happy Troll provides me gluten free food options. The Vue winebar was very cozy with great subset views. The town had several shops closed for the season but it was ok because our room was so cozy! I loved the fireplace and the couch was comfortable. The only thing missing was a cozy throw to put on while you watch the waves.

Perfect weekend get away spot
We loved our stay and having a cozy room bigger than a normal hotel room. Very clean, friendly staff and no complaints. The view was beautiful even in December. Perfect location if you wanted to walk downtown Charlevoix. Loved the sauna here as well!

The condo location was fantastic! Sitting on the balcony, watching the boats pass by and the sunrise each morning, was absolutely amazing. It was clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated, adding to the comfort of our stay. Plus, it’s within walking distance to everything downtown, making the experience both relaxing and stress-free.

Fantastic value!
Best in Northern Mi for the price! Walkable to a plethora of restaurants and shops, drivable to ski hills, roomier than a hotel room with access to a pool, hot tub, and sauna.

Amazing view
Loved the overall atmosphere of the condo. Would have been nice to know spa and pool under maintenance for some time juding by the signs that were up. Room and rest of the facility clean. Would stay again if hot tub was working.

Perfect location, needs a few things
Excellent condo, great location, limited desk services and unit does not have extra blankets or towels. Needs dish towels and dish cloths. Would be nice to have some spices and coffee in the condo since cooking there is an option. An absolutely lovely, accessible unit to stay in.

Gorgeous view
We came into town for a wedding and we’re able to get a unit with an amazing view of the water . Our friends were staying at other places and came over to spend time in our unit . It was spacious and had all the necessities we needed . The only comment I can make is the building / unit had an odor to it that set off a migraine and unfortunately instead of being able to explore the town before the wedding I had to spend it in bed sick . I’m not sure if it’s the building itself or the cleaning products but that we be the only improvement or concern I can make. Thank you for the beautiful accommodations. We have told our family and friends about it !

Comfort and a view
The property was accurate to listing. Very clean and well appointed. Quiet location in walking distance of town - with strict rules, which made it perfect for our weekend stay. Bed is firm. Cook surface is small but works well. Nice big bathroom, except I was disappointed there wasn’t a hair dryer. The balcony is really great, but even if chilly you can see the water well from inside. Fireplace a plus! Wi-fi was a little spotty, and interrupted a movie too often… we wouldn’t have bothered except it was cold when we where there. I would return.
