Hotel under construction

The hotel was under construction/repairs while we were there and I didn’t like that. They should have close down the hotel and do the repairs because while I’m in my room they would be construction going on with various equipment noises in the morning hours which I disliked. Also the old black lady with the glasses and the fast mouth down at breakfast was very very, very unfriendly. The Spanish lady for housekeeping was very nice and I appreciated her The reception did a good job despite the hotel was under construction. I felt since the hotel was under construction the price should have been lower. Also the hotel ran out of hot chocolate for Christmas and new years which was quite sad. I know it’s a nice hotel but I did not appreciate the construction aspect while I was there.

Convenient and comfortable

Best place to stay while passing through Charlotte on I-77. It is roughly half way from our home to Harrisonburg,VA and the Shenandoah Valley.
