The location of the hotel was excellent as a lot of the attractions are a reasonable walking distance. The breakfast had great selection, the room was very nice and spacious too. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when we visit Charlotte.

Rooms are big and modern, clean. The breakfast line is horrible. The breakfast Self service set up is not user-friendly, move the plates away from the food. Homeless people hanging out in the lower levels next to the parking. Signage to the parking is horrible, cant find it right away,do better.

Not much to say negative. The parking was confusing. Could use a sign instructing customers on what to do. The front staff was awesome. Considering they had to deal with alot of us cowboy fans. The room was clean and great. Very quiet.
