Great hotel. Convenient and clean. Room was well stocked and the water and coffee bar in-room was much appreciated. The staff is young but friendly and on top of everything. I’ll stay here again.

Great looking property. Rooms are a little small for my liking but it fit the theme of the brand. Shower is cool looking but the water pressure on the ceiling show head is not great. Bed was comfortable and rate was reasonable.

We didn't need new towels every day but didn't see a way to opt out. The hotel was fine but the lack of complimentary coffee until the restaurant closes doesn't sit well. I pail 3.50 for a cup of coffe and the bartender just kept the change, assuming it was for her. That coupled with charging for coffee left me shaking my head. Other than that it was fine.

My stay at Hyatt Centric Southpark was amazing! I did a weekend stay and the entire hotel check and stay was fantastic! The staff were very helpful and friendly! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the restaurant in the hotel. We woke up Saturday morning and wanted breakfast and decided to give the restaurant located within the hotel a try, so we ordered and paid extra for it to be delivered to our room. I ordered a yogurt bowl with berries and granola which appeared to be thrown in a plastic container not appetizing at all and my partner ordered chicken and waffles which he did not finish because it instantly gave him a stomach ache immediately after. But the biggest problem was that it was not delivered so we had to walk down to the second floor to get it and the when I informed her of who I was and that our food was never delivered she apologized and informed me that she would refund the amount I paid for it to be delivered which she never did. I would definitely stay at the hotel again but next time I’ll opt out of eating from the restaurant.
