Very much a great experience.
Our stay was most excellent. The front desk folks were so helpful and nice. The breakfast was top notch. The indoor pool was exceptional. Really appreciated both elevators being operational. In 4 of our last 5 hotel stays only one elevator worked. Kind of inconvenient when everyone is trying to check out or in and the wait for elevator is long. Thank you for being excellent.

Excellent place to stay
Very nice clean hotel. It was comfortable and breakfast was very good. They sell wine and beer. They had evergreen scent in the air with beautiful holiday decorations and a hot chocolate station. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

Housekeepers did not clean room the whole 5 days we were there even after asking them for extra towels we had to go down to the front desk nightly to get them! Also had to take our own garbage out! When talking with them they didn’t speak English
