Täysin uusittu historiallinen koti Chattanoogan keskustassa. Sijaitsee University Area, jossa Chattanooga uusimmat ravintolat, veneet panimot ja vähittäiskauppa avautuvat. Kotomme on kaupunkiympäristö ja viihtyisä tunnelma, jossa on suuret ikkunat luonnonvalolle, lehtipuulattiat ja korkeat katot. Olemme hyväksyneet Chattanoogan kaupungin hyväksytyksi lyhytaikaiseksi loma-asunnoksi.
Olemme uusi VRBO, joten meillä ei ole paljon arvosteluja täällä. Ole hyvä ja tutustu upeat arvostelut Airbnb

Olemme täysin päivittäneet tämän kauniin Chattanooga-jalokivin. Meidän makuuhuoneet sijaitsevat yläkerrassa. Meillä on kuningas makuuhuone, queen makuuhuone, makuuhuone, jossa on 2 täysikokoista vuodetta ja "puoli" makuuhuone pois siitä yhden hengen vuodetta. Tämä huone on erotettu verhoilla lisää yksityisyyttä, mutta sillä ei ole ovierottelua. Yksi täysi kylpyamme, jossa amme / suihku combo sijaitsee loppuun käytävällä yläkerrassa joten se on täysin yksityinen. Yksi täysi kylpyamme sijaitsee alakerrassa, jossa on suihku ja erittäin kätevä vierailustasi. Alakerran den ja ruokasali kulkevat yhdessä viihdyttäen väkijoukkoa. Keittiössä on kaikki uudet laitteet, kuten mikroaaltouuni. Meillä on pesukone ja höyrykuivaus. Ulkoiluun nautintoa varten meillä on uusi oma terassi takana sisäänkäynnin ja iso edessä kuisti. Kaapeli-tv ja nopea Wi-Fi ovat mukana. Meillä on kadun pysäköinti, älykäs lukko ja kodin hälytys.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (yliopisto). Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaille ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Perfect house!
We had a wonderful time staying at this rental property. The house has lots of little extras that made our visit easier. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, including lots of coffee. The bathrooms and upstairs bedrooms all had nightlights, which can be very helpful for stumbling around in an unfamiliar house. The living room and dining room were comfortable for visiting and playing family games. The host communicated clearly about access to the house and parking. I can't think of anything that was lacking.

The description of the property was correct. We were hoping to be in walking distance to some shops or places to eat but it was a little too far. The street and intersection are busy but the traffic noise was not bad st all. Having coffee pods provided was very nice.

Three adults one teen
Everything was FANTASTIC! Except… (This could have been a mistake on my part, but) I feel like I was led to believe there were four bedrooms, when really it was three bedrooms, but one of them had a curtain and the middle that could be drawn… Having said that, the curtain thing worked out fine. It just seems like that’s not what the Description depicted.. Very pleased with everything else, though!

Perfect for a large group on a weekend getaway
The house was perfect for our group of 6. The location was also convenient with food, shopping, and entertainment options either at a walking distance or a 5-10 min drive from the house; with the remainder of Chattanooga within a 15 min drive. The host is very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would seriously consider re-booking for future trips.

LOVELY home in a great location!
My friends gather every year and we are so happy we choose this house! We all had our own bed but we were still together! The house was lovely with the old and new architecture, very comfortable and convenient to SO MANY places! It was a pleasure to stay here and easy to access. We were sad to leave! High School Graduation Celebration
We had a wonderful time visiting Chattanooga for our celebration. The house was a great property. It was very clean and in a good location. We actually rode electric bikes from downtown to the house one afternoon. It was really close to everything. The den is a bit smaller than I had thought when booking. Also, it is on a busy street and noise from traffic woke me up several times over the several days we stayed. Other than that it was a perfect place for us.

Unexpected Gem
We were in Chattanooga for the IronMan and this location and layout was perfect for our family. It is in a transition location but we never felt unsafe. Parking was a breeze, great to have laundry accessible in the unit and the rooms were well appointed.

Don’t hesitate to rent
Property was exactly as described. Perfectly cleaned. No issues with WiFi or TVs. Nice towels and linens. Great to have W/D on site since we had 1 & 5 y/o. We felt quite safe in the city neighborhood & appreciated being close to everything. Downtown has wonderful art museum and aquarium. Suggest adding small shelf unit to upstairs bathroom for renters accessories & maybe clothes hooks to inside of bedroom & bathroom doors. We enjoyed the Bundt cakes that greeted us when opening the fridge for the first time. Thank you!

Great house in a great location
The house is amazing and had a lot of space for us to spread out. The location was close to everything we wanted to visit. It was either too cold or wet for us to enjoy the outdoor porch (more shaded in the afternoons), but we sat on the sunny front porch a few times just to watch the world pass by. The house had everything we needed and loved our time there. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative. We hope to stay there again!!
