Tämä yksikkö on osa hiljattain rakennettua River Gorge Condos -konsernia. Asunnot ovat aivan Tennessee-joen varrella. Saat nauttia näkymistä Tennessee-joen rotkalle ja ympäröiville vuorille! Tämä on täydellinen paikka rentouttavalle viikonloppumatkalle! Vieressä on myös melonta / melontalauta, River Canyon Adventures! Vuokraajamme voivat mennä ilmaiseksi niin kauan kuin laitteita on riittävästi käytettävissä. Vinkkejä arvostetaan kuitenkin työntekijöille. Gary tarjoaa myös yhden ilmaisen ponttonivenematkan, jos vene ja hän on käytettävissä! Voimme myös tarjota viime hetken varausalennuksia kaikille vuodenaikoille paitsi kesälle ja lomalle!

Huoneistossa on kaikki uudet keittiökoneet. Olohuoneessa on 55 tuuman älykäs televisio, kaapeli, wifi ja dvd-soitin! Makuuhuoneessa on myös älykäs televisio! Käytettävissä on myös yhteisögrilli!

Jos rakastat vettä, meillä on upouusi kaksikerroksinen venelaituri! Se on täydellinen kalastukseen, uimiseen tai kajakkien veteen laskemiseen! Kattokerros on loistava paikka rentoutua ja nauttia näkymistä ja auringosta! Meillä on myös vuokrattavissa uusi ponttonivene! Se on 150 dollaria puoli päivää ja 250 dollaria koko päivä plus polttoaine.

Sijaintimme on vain muutaman minuutin päässä loistavista polkuista ja muista aktiviteetteista, jos rakastat ulkona. Prentice cooper on vain muutaman minuutin päässä, ja Signal Mountain on vain 10 minuutin päässä! Molemmilla on loistavat polut bluffinäköalalla! Olemme myös vain 10 minuutin päässä Chattanoogan keskustasta. Siellä on monia hienoja ravintoloita, TN-akvaario ja muita turistikohteita.

Peaceful River Retreat
A beautiful riverside condo. Communication with owner was excellent. We felt the owner wanted to be sure we enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed watching all the birds ( saw an Eagle) . There is a dock you can sit on and enjoy or do some fishing (there are poles for you to use. There are kayaks next door you can rent at a discount. There is a restaurant River Drifters nearby we really enjoyed. found the location to be perfect.

Super cute condo with plenty of space. Loved being right on the river and access to the dock to just chill or fish. Didn't have time to take advantage of water craft rental next door. Host was very friendly and answered all questions timely. 10:10 and would stay here again if we come back to the area

Great Stay
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and spacious. The area is beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boats and enjoying the view. We had access to boat tours and rentals (kayaks, paddleboards, etc) without leaving the property. The owner was easily accessible if needed.

Perfect size for two people. Appliances all in good shape. Beautiful view of river from balcony and from upper deck of boat dock. A very enjoyable pontoon boat tour of the river gorge is available and leaves from the boat dock on the property.

Amazing Place To Stay
The Pictures of the place are very accurate. The view was amazing and it was very quiet. The decorations could be updated, but the bed was very comfortable and there was extra pillow and blankets. The View was breathtaking. We will for sure be coming back and bringing family to enjoy as well.

Thought the property was clean and well maintained. The scenery around the property was gorgeous.
Over all this was an excellent quick recharge that we both needed very much. Couldn't have asked for more. I will be returning to enjoy more of the water features.

Mountain Perfection!
Our stay at this property was amazing! Only 50 yards from the river and 10 minutes from all Chattanooga has to offer make this property ideal. The condo was lovely, the views outstanding! After walking Rock City in the morning to building a fire on property that night, it was a perfect day. Be sure to book a river cruise with Jesse...spectacular! We will be back.💖

Beautiful setting.
Generally a nice facility with gorgeous views of the river. Took pontoon boat tour and it was invigorating. It is a bit away from downtown, but as a result very peaceful. Unfortunately we had a problem with the entry gate. It closed while we were entering and damaged our car. Hopefully this matter will be resolved through insurance coverage, per Garry Gaylor, the Property Manager. At present waiting to hear back from insurance agent.

Our Stay by the Tennessee River
You could not ask for a better view of the Tennessee River and the mountains.. The apartment was nicely furnished and very clean. The owner lives on site and was easy to communicate with. The folks next door rent paddle boards and kayaks and we got a special ..... very good rate for our stay. Was an enjoyable experience that I would highly recommend. 😊

Great place for a great price
This was a wonderful place to stay and had many advantages, one being able to sit out on the upper level of the dock and enjoy the river views, and the owner was very quick with responses to any questions. The location was also great, it was out enough to feel more secluded and private, but a close enough drive (about 5-15min) to town or to the city to do shopping, dining, or sightseeing. The only negative thing I could mention, is the condos aren't very soundproof, so you can hear if they're kids above or beside you, or even outside. But they did respect the 10pm quiet time, so it wasn't too bad. But for the location, what all is offered, communication, and price, this place is worth it. Would stay here again if in the area.
