I use the water dispenser on the 11th fl by 11075. Used twice. Got sick twice. Threw up. Ended up buying 4 coke zeros to drink . No problem with stomach with the coke. You should have someone check for contamination from dispenser

Free shuttle from airport its only 5mins ride. Reception was efficient and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. No covenience stores in the hotel just a few bar/restaurants. Perfect hotel if you arrive late at night with connection following day.

The vendo machine for food stuff cannot operate with western cards and the front desk people are not helpful to assist or even give option on how to get something from d machine even when i asked if someone can use wt personal card and ill pay cash . But no one was helpful enough.

Very convenient for short stay

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Its apparently 4star maybe because its newish. It is neat and tidy, room had an amazing view towards Gold Coast, bed was comfy, pillows were amazing, bathroom clean with only a small amount of mould. Unfortunately my allergies flared up straight away, not sure if its dust, mould or then again it could be Hong Kong. I had an enjoyable stay, bus transfer to and from airport is convenient, and Asia Expo MTR is easy to get to from inside the hotel, walkway takes you straight there and then express train to Koowloon or Central. Its a great service. I would stay again

Great base hotel for the airport. Rooms compact and small but clean, modern and excellent shower. Bed was a little too firm but that is personal taste. Restaurants on site were great albeit quite pricey. Lovely friendly staff. Easy to access from airport by AirPort Express link or free shuttle bus. Swimming pool looked impressive for warmer months.

The property itself is beautiful. The shuttle to/from the airport was very convenient for us. The rooms and bathroom in particular are quite small, but they are clean. If you arrive after 9pm, there are no food options available. Everything is closed in the hotel and surrounding areas. We managed to find one restaurant at a hotel across the street that was open.
