Front door to hotel room right on parking lot and constant loud drunk people talking at 2am … room is old dirty. Felt very unsafe all “drug” people or homeless people walking by… reviews from anyone saying this is good is completely crazy! Unfortunately I believed the older reviews. I had a young child for a gymnastics competition here and felt very very unsafe. Go somewhere else if everywhere else is booked, better to go 20 minutes away than go here because it is “close”

Our room was not an updated room. Looked like it has never been dusted…ever! Bed felt like sleeping on a brick, so uncomfortable. We were supposed to have had a sofa bed in our room, but we did not have one. Every plug in the room was so old that none of our plug-ins would stay plugged. They just kept falling out. I would definitely not stay again.

This is not the large hotel casino this is a motel across the street. The naming are very confusing and deceptive and Expedia does nothing to clarify. Make sure that you know what you’re doing. This is the same cost as the beautiful Harrahs Cherokee Resort across the street for an inexpensive motel. Expedia should be ashamed of themselves.

Just a cheap place close to the casino

Don’t expect anything and you won’t be disappointed. I don’t think the desk clerk even looked up from eating his Wendy’s fast food while he checked us in. It was obvious that the staff couldn’t care less about hospitality…

I won’t book a room here again.

I booked the room for my mother I was really disappointed at the cleanliness of the room and the customer service property. I booked an interior room and they wanted to give her an exterior room for my 85 old mother which was a cheaper cost. When I told them no I booked interior they then gave me an inside room. The value of the cost of the room wasn’t worth the money I paid.
