Despite being in the heart of the old city, it was very quiet in the rooms meaning a good night’s rest after a day of exploring. It’s a great location to walk around the centre of Chiang Mai and find the many restaurants, shops and workspaces etc, it’s also on most tour operator’s list of places they pick up from or if it isn’t, it’s very near other pick up points. Good value for money too!

Lovely traditional hotel in a great location. Just as the pictures show and breakfast was good. Staff went above and beyond for us when we were struggling to get a taxi to the train station, going out on the street in the pouring rain to find us one-thank you!

Heritage guesthouse inside the old city, great poo

We had a family room which was comfortable for our family of 4. Location was ok in the old city, not many restaurants etc that close though. We loved the pool. Staff were very kind when they found my daughter’s bag with phone keeping it safe until we returned- thankyou. The safe was locked in the room so we couldn’t use it. It was also not secured. They requested 500 Thai baht for a room key deposit

Family stay in Chiang Mai

We stayed here for a few days on our family trip to Chiang Mai. It was a great location, being able to step out the front and enjoy vendors, shopping, restaurants, and several Wats. And the atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful! The outside was truly brought inside.

Clean and quiet. Good staff. Responsive. Balconies are suitable for solitary smokers and little else. The pool has limited value as there is a narrow margin around the pool unsuitable for lounging or just sitting. There are neither chaise loungers nor chairs available. The street outside is a collection of small cafes, tour operators, weed cafes and laundry operations. Windows in most of the rooms look out onto hallways. Making the interiors dim.

Beautiful interesting colonial style hotel with lots of buildings raised on columns. Lots of wood facades, presumed Teak . Excellent breakfast at small additional cost. Plenty of extra seating in quiet areas. Small pool is adequate to cool off but not much space to sit around it. I would use again if there.

Cozy and quiet

Cozy little place tucked from the hustle and bustle of the main road in the old city. Easy walking distance from bars, restaurants and the night markets. The pool is a nice way to refresh after your adventures.

Lovely family run guest house

Lovely guest house, great location. Comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, family run by very friendly team who couldnt do enough to help us. Great value too! Highly recommend!
