Home Sweet Home Chicago!!
We have stayed at this property numerous times & each time in a different unit. We love it here--the location is perfect for walking everywhere, the Jewel grocery store is right next door & the Red Line "L " is also just outside the door which we use to go to Wrigley Field. Weber Grill is a great restaurant across the street. Will stay here again.

Fabulous Mag Mile proeprty!
My family and I stayed here for 4 nights. The unit was perfect for our family. It was comfortable and gave us enough space and also exciting for the kids to be in a penthouse. The building amenities were also A+; this was the first vacation where I have worked out every morning before getting the day started (being from a different time zone helped!). The CTA red line is right outside the door and it's a short walk to the river. 10/10!

Holiday weekend
We stayed at this penthouse over the 4th of July weekend and had a wonderful time amid spectacular views and exceedingly convenient location in the city. We were comfortable and safe, we had a beautiful balcony from which we could view the skyline and the holiday fireworks. We would certainly stay in this location again.

Spectacular location and view
Our family vacationed for a week and we were exceedingly happy with the location (subway is mere steps away plus close to the River, shopping and restaurants), building amenities (outdoor pool, free Starbucks, 1/2 court basketball, and dog park),and apartment amenities (beautiful views, comfortable beds, pool towels, laundry, separate upstairs suite). Everything was great and the apartment was spotlessly clean! However, If you are a late sleeper bring eye masks. The east facing apartment is bright in the mornings!

Had a great visit to Chicago, largely in part to our stay at Grand Plaza. Great place. Comfortable. Close to everything. Grocery store in the lobby. Easy access. James and Jeri-Lou are attentive and organized owners. Highly recommended.

Chicago high rise wonder
Excellent stay at the Grandplaza penthouse. Lovely views and a spacious and well equipped apartment. Great communication with owners and wonderful location, next to grocery, restaurants etc. Construction in Chicago makes driving challenging which was the only issue with our stay and independent of this great location. We would stay again.

Fantastic property
Property is great! Views are incredible, owner communication was prompt and courteous, location is perfect. We have stayed in this building before and love how convenient it is to Michigan ave and the grocery store. Safe and secure building. If I had to list a negative, I’d suggest removing the queen bed and putting a king bed in the downstairs bedroom. I’d also put a few more lights in the main sitting area. Was a lovely apartment and definitely would and will stay here again.

Unfair extra charge and old towels
The owner charged us for something we absolutely know we didn’t do- so we were very disappointed - apparently there was a stain on the comforter- however we never sat on the bed and disputed this extra expense - also towels were very old and used

Excellent stay at the 51/52 MagMile Penthouse
Our five night stay was excellent. We had the opportunity to show Chicago to friends from North Carolina who had never been before, and what an absolutely perfect property this was to do so from. Location could not have been better, the two story penthouse was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, well appointed and immaculate. And the view...just stunning! Parking was also a breeze with discounted parking in the lot located just around the corner. Red Line subway stop was 100 feet from the main door. Everything was so convenient. We will stay here again, for sure.

Great location and great host. If you’re looking for a down town Chicago location gif your family yo stay, stop right now! You found it! Cool location, right downtown, huge windows in the middle of all the action. Hosts were right on top of things, professional and pleasant. Would definitely come again!

Great location, a bit dated place
The location of this condo is amazing and everything is nice and clean. Also, the pool area is amazing! But I will say that for such a high cost, I expect a bit more luxury. The place is definitely dated (kitchen/bathrooms) and there is no recessed lights (only lamps). It was overall good, but again, if I'm paying so much, I expect some of these modern upgrades.
