We loved the staff!!! They went up and beyond to make sure we we comfortable. Huge shout out to Senona and the kitchen staff! They were so kind and accommodating to all the guests that went in for breakfast. Amazing!

I would definitely stay here again. The queen roomis so spacious. There is a mini refrigerator, a safe, two bottles of complimentary bottles of water-nice. There is plenty of drawers to put your clothes in- thoughtful. The congress plaza hotel also included a coffee pot with coffee and tea-conveient. There is one problem-the paint smell in the room. This was a little uncomfortable for me. Other than that, I say it was a really good hotel for your buck. Oh, I forgot to mention the free continental breakfast that is served in the restaurant downstairs. So, thoughtfull. I would definitely recommend The Congress Plaza hotel to anyone.

We stayed here about a year ago and were placed in the Buckingham palace portion. We were not impressed at all and I wrote a review about it. This stay was far different this time! We got a lakeview room and were placed in the south tower. The room was very big and spacious. We had normal pillows this time and the heater actually worked thankfully. The view was amazing. The only problems were that our shower door leaked no matter what we did to try to stop it, and the hallways were dirty. We believe they were still renovating a few of the rooms. Also the complimentary breakfast was not very impressive. Just some eggs, bacon, and a few pastries.
