Worst expirence of my life. Staff was very rude and we were given a room with unfinished plumbing, couldnt use the shower, and the restaurant was the absolute worst I ever had. I will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

The hotel is great but my room wasn't completely clean. I found things of previous customers in the minibar (a candy bag and some water bottles openend and one of the towels was dirty)

I got a off a flight early and tried for an early check-in. There were no rooms available and was told to come back between 1 and 2 when they would have them available so I went to my office for a bit and came back. Upon my return I waited in line (it was 1:20pm), the person at the front desk with no name badge on told me that I could check in, but it was an extra $75. I literally walked to the line next to him and another person checked me in 10 minutes later w/ no extra charge. (it was 1:30pm). I asked if there was a charge for early check in and he didn't seem to know what I was talking about. They have a scammer working the front that was the worst with customer service. Don't recommend
