My room and the room was great the front desk only one rep Johnny his service was great , gyspyabd there was another young lady with blonde hair not helpful no smile , not friendly at all . The breakfast Santa’s was more attentive than the front desk. Not nice at all just Johnny won’t be back but again the room was great .

Everything was good, except check-in. After 10 hours driving all you want is having good service at the front desk, this guy, his name is Joshua was so rude with us, shows anger when he sees us.
