There wasn’t any vending machines at property and was told that I would be charged 4 dollars on credit card if water bottle in room was drank microwave was outside in hallway everything was outdated never had any problems with Hyatt up until that stay

Spend New Years Eve there and I was actually surprise how quite it was the whole night but comes 2am and all I hear is a door slamming every other second and a smoke alarm on the floor above us. I try to call front Desk and the phone does not work so I make my way all the way to the front desk only one person working so waited about 15 minutes to let them know that the door she can clearly hear slamming is the room next to mines and I could not sleep also told her about the alarm once I arrive on my floor I seen security and told them as well they kinda help but not for long.

The property charges my account 3 different times after check in even though the room was already paid for. The management didn’t seem to care one way or another and refused to comp me for the inconvenience, he assured me that after check out everything would be refunded as they were incidental holds that should’ve only been held once. Fast forward to yesterday 1/2/25 one of the charges have now increased and none of them have dropped off. I called and a front desk rep told me to dispute the charges with my bank. I didn’t want to go that route and instead asked for a supervisor. The supervisor was very nice and and again advised me that she fixed the errors and I would be refunded the total of all three charges..we will see
