I stayed for the Christmas holiday, the service was terrible from the moment I walked up to the front desk. I reserved a suite, my reservation could not be found, therefore I had to wait in lobby while room was prepared. The tv inside the bedroom did not work, there was no view, breakfast was not served on time nor was it properly restocked in a timely manner, the wait for breakfast was unacceptable. There was very little holiday warmth in the hotel. I would recommend for a quick overnight stay, but not a holiday stay, nor a long stay. Also the water for my showers, were never hot, always lukewarm. And the elevators are horrible and small, kept taking a floor before my floor and then all the way back down to 1.
