This reminded me of a scene from American Horror Stories! It is unsafe, filthy, and no place for anyone yet alone children. Please do not stay here! I've tried to work with the hotel at a resolution and all I get from these cheapsakes is an offer for a future discount. I was given a room on a layover with bodily fluids smeared all over the walls and floors, blood, a full can of coke still at the end of an unmade bed, with dirty sheets. We were moved to a new room to sleep which still was dirty but I've been told was superior and hallways full of garbage which apparently to them is normal. We were woken with loud knocking early by housekeeping and told we should have used a do not disturb sign, but they didn't have. One excuse after another. You've been warned!

We were charged $ 30 dollar for early check-in. Even while calling for shuttle we were told rudely that since you are coming early you will have to pay additional amount for early check-in. Breakfast was horrible and under supplied compared to the extent of occupancy.

Older property which was fine but wanted a place with a pool for our younger daughter; pool area was tiny and mildew-y; hot tub out of service, seemed like for while with no inclination of being fixed. Room felt dirty with stains on the comforter and broken/cheap fixed things all around bathroom and bedroom. Main issue is they claim to have 'free parking' which is misleading. It is a park and fly hotel, thinking there is 'free' parking but it is only free while you stay at the hotel, it is $20 per day while you fly out. Not on their website or Orbitz is this stated a charge for parking, both state ‘free’ parking. Their flyers in their lobby even have 'free' parking but they have sharpie to indicate the $20/day while flying. That was very disappointing and felt like a scam; as that is one of the main reasons for picking this place (even though it is further away from O’hare) instead of other park and fly hotels that stated they charge parking for their park and fly. Had we known this place charged for the parking, we would have stayed somewhere else; closer to O’hare, nicer pool area, and closer to restaurants. Good part of the stay was their airport shuttle. On time for the departure to the airport, and easy and fast to call for the pickup from the airport.

The hotelnis a little run down on the inside of the rooms. Carpets are pretty dingy looking. Breakfast options were minimal. Service was friendly, the beds were comfortable.

Clean but felt low quality. You get what you pay for! I was given the loudest possible location rooms (on the end by lobby/ ice machine, then right over the entrance doors). Not sure if Hotels.com gets lower priority room locations because there were many open rooms. But the treadmill and stair climber were a nice surprise for a quick morning workout B4 a long airplane ride!
