This review is not for this property (Comfort Inn); it is for Expedia.
We are extremely disappointed with Expedia for this stay. I reserved a room at Comfort Inn, near O’Hare Airport, several weeks ago because we would be returning at 11 pm (EST) from an overseas trip, too late to drive 2 1/2 hours to our home in another state. When we arrived at Comfort Inn, no reservation showed in their system. And they were fully booked for the night. And so now we are driving home at 12:40 am with an expected arrival time of 2:40 am.
We are crossing our fingers that we have not been charged for this booking.
