I got a room that was accessible. I asked for a different one, but I wouldn't have minded if it was cleaned a bit better. When I first walked in, the room smelled damp and odd. When I went into the bathroom, there were puddles of water on the floor. I'm low vision and didn't know where it came from at first. It was from every time the sink was used. The water pressure was low in the shower and the shower itself. The main problem wasn't the crumbs.The bed and mattress were super firm, but the shower and tub weren't cleaned before I checked in. There was hair in the tub and the soap holders were dirty - the top one was dirty and the paint was peeling, and the second one was just paint peeling. The hotel entrance smelled good and the hallways were nice because of the plug-ins. The person who checked me in was really nice and quick. The tall guy was cool and talked to everyone. I liked that. I appreciated the inclusion of a microwave in the room. However, I would have preferred if the room could provide a fresh air ventilation. This was due to the inability of the window to be opened. The air quality remained stagnant. The air conditioning unit operates at its own pace, with its traditional turn dial style. It doesn't deduct points for that. I also commend the bathroom for being fully stocked with towels. However, I found it inconvenient that two rolls of tissues were already halfway used. This was my first time visiting this place and staying at this hotel.
