You won't find this level of luxury anywhere else in Christchurch, this is truly a mansion.

With the ability to comfortably sleep 15 people, it makes staying in a large group very affordable.
Recently renovated, this mansion will blow you away with it's amenities inside & out.
Full kids play room inside, with swings and a tramp outside.
Fully equip gentlemens room with pool table, darts, SKY and a 2x fireplaces.
Amazon Alexa throughout for music and automation.

The location is incredible.

The Space:
Expansive and luxurious. Areas for the whole family to relax and enjoy.

Note outside activity is limited at 9am due to neighbours with small children.
Due to this any event or gathering must be pre-approved and all extra guests must all be pre-approved.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to all the amenities and spaces within the property.

The Neighborhood:
Very private neighbourhood. Considered Christchurch's wealth suburb.
We will have a firm no noise policy after 9pm which is monitored and enforced.

Getting Around:
Very close to Riccarton Rd, which has access to Christchurch's full transport network.

Other Things to Note:
We have a strict noise cutoff at 9pm, no outside activity after 9pm, this out of respect for the neighbours small children.
Noise is monitored and enforced.

There is off street parking for 4 cars only, no other vehicles.

Motorbikes or motorcycles strictly are not allowed on the property.

Any gang patches or gang association of any kind is strictly not allowed and will result in immediate eviction.
