This was our second time staying here. The size of the family units work well for our girls weekend. Some areas of the rooms are showing wear and tear, but it is nothing off putting. The location great. A 1.5km walk into the city centre and nightlife. Also walkable to Merivale Mall. It can be a little noisy from street traffic, but nothing overly concerning. Staff is wonderful. Will definitely stay again.

Property was fine. The chap running the place seemed to be new at the job. We ordered breakfast for two days and at $12 per petson per day it is quite expensive for what you get. Not worth the money. We had to remind him to supply the breakfast for the night before so we had it on time. Overall the motel was convenient but the area is not a good place to find eateries unless you have a car.

Lovely and clean room and well set out. Small conveniences like a box of tissues or a special face cloth to use to remove make-up. Its on a busy road so there is is traffic noise but we would definitely stay there again because it was such a comfortable place to be.
