Tämä 3 makuuhuoneen / 3 kylpy taloyhtiö sijaitsee edellä meidän upea valkoinen hiekkaranta ja on esteetön merinäköala.
Rentoudu palmun reunustamalla rannalla päivän aikana ja ihastele Karibian tuulet yöllä.
Nauti näkymistä valaistut kämmenet ja turkoosi sininen meri suoraan yksikkö.

Meidän rantahotelli huoneisto on tropically kalustettu ja nauttii upeita offshore tuulet.
Makuuhuoneessa on king size-vuode ja suuret liukuovet, jotka avaavat upean rajat tuulta koko yksikön.
Huoneessa on oma kylpyhuone, jossa on suihku ja erillinen meikki / turhamaisuus.
Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja sen vieressä oleva salin vieressä on suihku ja erillinen meikki / turhamaisuus.
Kolmas makuuhuone on kaksi kaksoset, jotka voivat yhdistää kuningas ja on myös oma kylpyhuone erillisellä meikki / turhamaisuus alueella.

Täydellinen keittiö on runsaasti astiat, keittiövälineet, lasit ja astiat ja kaikki tärkeimmät laitteet, kuten mikroaaltouuni ja tehosekoitin kokeilla joitakin jäädytetty juoma reseptejä. Käytössäsi on myös pesukone / kuivausrumpu.

Early Christmas Vacation
We had a wonderful trip and very much enjoyed the condo. Great location near Christiansted for dining, excursions, etc and it was awesome having the ocean right outside the window. Fun snorkeling too at an artificial reef right next door, we saw a stingray on our last day there.

Hot hot hottttt
The condo itself was super charming and view was absolutely amazing. Close to the Boardwalk. However, the condo never cooled down below 84 degrees. I contacted the host, who said he would have someone come check the AC units but that never happened. It was unfortunate we couldn’t enjoy the beautiful condo because it was miserably hot, especially when trying to sleep.

Newly remodeled 3 bedroom condo with poorly working AC and WiFi worked only in the living room. Noisy outside, the sea weed has been collected ever morning by some noisy equipment.

Nice condo at Sugar Beach
Condo was very nice. Recently updated. Building is old. Air conditioning was good for living room and master bedroom, but two back bedrooms needed better air flow. Beach was nice, pool was great. Close to Christiansted. Neighborhood was not the greatest, but we never had an issue.

Great stay in St. Croix
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo on the beach. The unit was nicer than advertised. The layout of the condo worked for our group, with three bedrooms, each having a separate bathroom. The kitchen was well appointed and the open air porch overlooking the beach was stunning. The pool was great. There are restaurants and grocery shopping nearby and we were only two miles from shopping and restaurants in Christiansted. The condo is centrally located, which made it easy to drive to popular sites on the island (Point Udall, Frederiksted, Rainbow Beach, tropical rain forest, Mt. Pellier Hut Domino Club, Estate Whim Sugar Plantation). It was easy to deal with our host Earl and he responded quickly to a couple of issues. We would definitely stay at Villa Carib again!

Check in was easy and the condo was perfect size for our group! We noted a few issues and they were quickly fixed. The location is great. Very close to Christiansted and lots of shops and restaurants!

Week in july 2023
Old building looks tired stairs need painted, lot needs paved. Condo was dirty I was told it was cleaned by the regular person. No air in the bedrooms for the first 2 days. Manager said it was working but because it was sat and sun he could not get anyone out to fit it til Monday. Told us to stay at a local hotel at our expense. He also said the owner said to just open the windows. The weather was 82 at night and 90 during the day. The seaweed was ok the first few days and they were cleaning it up but the last 2 days no cleaning was done and it was hot and smelly. Pool was nice. Neighborhood was questionable at best. Would not recommend this unit or area.

The views are simply amazing! If you aren't into sight seeing and adventure, just being at the condo to relax is enough. The balcony was more than the pictures could show, I could have stayed there the whole time!

Great stay!
We had a great time at this property. It’s very centrally located between all areas and activities of the Island. Property was very well stocked and we’d love to stay there again. Our only complaint is that the beds were kind of hard… could easily be fixed with 3” memory foam toppers. 🙂

Great place to stay, would stay here again
This condo was a great place to stay for our week in St Croix. It is a great location, close to everything, but far enough away so all we could hear were the waves washing up in the beach. There was plenty of space for 6 adults, and everything was well cared for. We couldn’t figure out how to get the air conditioner to work, but it wasn’t necessary with the beautiful breezes we had all week long. We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again.

Fall Getaway
The location was good. Loved the tropical furnishings. The patio was very comfortably and the view fantastic. Kitchen had a good variety of utensils/plates/pots. Was disappointed the dryer outlet did not work. I am assuming it was because it uses electricity. The thermostat could use some directions so we could turn it off when not there. We figured out how to turn it up. The pool area was great. The grill worked and there was a refrigerator which is nice. Did not swim at our beach because of the seaweed/grass. I would come back again

Our only complaints last stay were the need to update some items in the unit. All those items have been updated with the renovations. Even people on the pickier side should be satisfied with this unit. You can't beat the unit location. Christiansted is a stones throw away and both Rainbow Beach and the East Side are equally accessible.

Not as expected
I wish that I could upload a photo. Unfortunately the sargasso that was mentioned was a bit understated. Not only was the beach unusable, but our entire ocean view was obstructed. It smelled, however, no one can do anything about that. The balcony doors did not seal, so unfortunately, the smell seeped inside the building. This was also troublesome, as the a/c had a hard time keeping up. We stayed at other beaches and stayed away for most of our time there because of this. There were bugs, which are to be expected, but the roaches in the kitchen were a turn off. The pictures are accurate for how it looks. It appears that the unit is being updated and it is coming along nicely. The bathrooms are updated, however the master bathroom shower was not working when we were there. Parts were ordered, but everything is on "island time". The pool was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. There is a place to bbq near the pool with plenty of seating as well. The location was great. Overall, I would not stay again, and would advise others to get realistic picutres of the sargasso and before booking, esp June-Dec (according to the locals)
