Estancia en Cala en Blanes
Casa grande, muy bien situada con tres camas al lado: Cala en Blanes, Cala en Blanes rocosa y Cala en Brut. Con todos los servicios necesarios a cinco minutos. Piscina y habitaciones confortables. Menaje muy adecuado. En nuestra opinión se tendrían que renovar las tumbonas del jardín.Todo lo demás perdecto

Zénitude et sérénité absolues
Nous avons pleinement apprécié notre semaine de vacances dans cet appartement. Nous avons adoré séjourner dans ce lieu. Idéalement situé à quelques minutes du centre de Cuitadella. Depuis la terrasse parfaitement bien agencée ainsi que depuis la piscine, nous avons pu profiter sans réserves des merveilleux et sublimes couchers de soleil (un véritable spot). Belén a toujours été disponible et réactive à nos demandes. Très bonne communication, grande gentillesse et bienveillance. Brochure explicative pour decouvrir les bons plans de Minorque. Appartement parfaitement conforme au descriptif et photos de l'annonce. On s'y sent très bien. Un petit havre de paix et de sérénité. Très bien ventilé, nous n'avons pas mis la climatisation. Nous recommanderons cet appartement à nos proches et amis et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Merci Belén !!

Es war wie beschrieben und wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Topp Lage mit einem sensationellen Blick. Ausstattung Küche war umfangreich. Alles sauber. Paar Gehminuten bis zum Supermarkt/Restaurant und Bushaltestelle.

Confortable et tranquille séjour avec vue
L'appartement n.5 situé au premier étage d'une petite residence de 5 appartements directement construite sur la falaise surplombant la mer est très trés confortable. Nous étions 2 mais il conviendrait parfaitement pour 4 personnes. Un des appartements les mieux équipés que je n'ai jamais loué. Grande terrasse avec vue sur les rochers et la mer et face au soleil couchant. Parking facile devant la maison (mais on était en juin). Probablement plus problematique en pleine saison. La piscine privée est agréable ...en juin. Probablement moins tranquille lorsque les 5 appartements sont occupés. Les photos sur le site internet correspondent parfaitement à la situation réelle. En résumé expérience très positive.

Eine hübsche und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einem tollen und unverbauten Blick nach Westen direkt auf´s Meer. Die Ansprechpartner vor Ort sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten gut entspannen. Wirklich toll!

Fantastic location & appartment
We spent a wonderful week in Menorca ! The appartment is very well located with the sunset every evening from the living room :) It is calm, clean and well-equiped. The hosts were extremely nice and helpful.

Tutto meraviglioso. Va solo raccomandato ai condomini che la piscina è di tutti quindi non solo dei bambini e non si possono fare feste private a bordo piscina o tenere animali in casa soli con ululati fastidiosi. Raccomandatissimo. Serafin ottimo professionista, foto molto realistiche, terrazzo, bagno e camere e cucina perfetti a 5 stelle. Bravi!

Superbe séjour et magnifique location avec vue imprenable
Très agréablement surprise par cet appartement au 1er et dernier étage de cette maison paisible et très bien placée. Très propre, confortable et climatisé, avec terrasse et piscine partagée. Mais surtout, la vue de la terrasse est époustouflante!! Les Couchers de soleil depuis cette terrasse resteront un souvenir extraordinaire. Merci à Séraphin et Belen pour leur gentillesse et leurs conseils.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé, grand et fonctionnel, tout est à proximité : la plage les boutiques le supermarché et la piscine en bas de la maison Serafín qui nous a accueilli nous a donné tous les bons plans nous reviendrons !

Semplicemente bello! Appartamento con tutti i comfort, arredato con cura, cucina accessoriata, bagno pulito e nuovo...terrazza con vista mozzafiato. Dopo una giornata al mare era un piacere tornare a casa al tramonto e bere una birretta con quella vista. Lo consiglio!

Minorca è il posto ideale in cui rilassarsi e trascorrere giorni spensierati. L'appartamento dista pochi km da Ciutadella, si trova in una zona turistica dotata di tutte le comodità e permette di godere della vista di meravigliosi tramonti sul mare direttamente dal terrazzo.
