  • Kaupungin perimä vero: 3.00 EUR per henkilö per yö korkeintaan 5 yöstä. Tätä veroa ei peritä alle 10 vuotta vanhoilta lapsilta.
  • Kohdemaksu: 2 EUR per henkilö per yö. Tätä veroa ei peritä niistä lapsista, jotka ovat alle 12 vuotta vanhoja.

We did not get door code for dow stairs, where to get inside for the building. Tried to call several times for companys phone numbers. Looks like we are staying the night outside. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Our stay was amazing!! We arrived early was able to leave our luggage and were given a restaurant suggestion. We walked along the water eat lunch and stopped at the grocery store in the building and bought wine, cheese and meats. We sat out on the deck and watched the ocean and drank the wine. Woke up in the morning and had a wonderful Italian breakfast with great company of the host and other guests. Transportation was arranged and we all headed to the ship.

Absolutely Wonderful
I can’t say enough to praise this hotel. The room and amenities were magnificent. The breakfast was elegant and delicious. Georgiana couldn’t do more to make our stay the best ever. She gave us a recommendation for a restaurant for dinner that was wonderful. We arrived the day before a cruise and our friend left a piece of his CPAP machine on the bed. He didn’t realize that he had done that until we were on the ship. I called Georgiana to see if she had found it. She went out of her way to bring the piece to the ship. I can’t say enough to express our gratitude for her going out of her way to do this. He would not have been able to sleep for two weeks until we got back to the US. There is nothing she wouldn’t do to make our stay special. Do not hesitate to book this hotel. It’s really more of a B&B. You’ll be very happy you did. She also made arrangements for a transfer from the airport in Rome to Civitavecchia and then to the ship. We’ve never felt more at home in a hotel.

An Amazing Unexpected Experience
Needed a place to stay prior to our cruise and be had an amazing time here. Georgianna is the host and she made getting to the building easy, got us checked in a situated into our lovely room. The next morning she prepared a wonderful breakfast all served on Tiffany plates and cups as we looked out onto the ocean from the 12th floor. Overall we highly recommend her as a wonderful host and the place as a great place to stay!

Georgiana was the consummate hostess. The breakfast was beautiful and tasty. The common room had a comfortable vibe and fantastic view. It was a very short walk from the train station and easy access to the waterfront promenade and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful place to stay before cruising!
We wanted a place to stay prior to a cruise, and wanted to explore Civitavecchia a bit. This suite was very close to the port, in a building shared with other residences. There was an elevator to our upper floor, and, in addition, we had access to a beautiful living/dining room and its' balcony, which had the most exquisite views of the water. We stepped outside several times during our visit to enjoy those views. Our room was spacious, comfortable and nicely updated. The decor included delightful touches to make you feel at home. There was also a balcony overlooking the city, for us to sit outside and relax. We were able to walk to the many restaurants that border the water, and enjoy the ambiance of the seaside. Although nearly all of the restaurants are closed on Mondays, the night that we happened to be there, we stopped at a bar that also served food once the kitchen opened, and had a most wonderful, unexpected meal that was delicious. In the morning, a special breakfast was provided by our lovely host. She was delightful and happy to help in any way. She knows everyone in the area, it seems and was able to secure us an uber to the port quickly, as well as to offer any information that we needed. One other benefit to this B&B is that there is a grocery store in the street floor of the building. We enjoyed exploring the store and its' products and it was comforting to know that something like this is available for any needs you might have, while visiting.

Our host, Georgiana, was outstanding. She accommodated our early arrival after cruising and provided a place for us to leave our luggage until our room was ready... The city of Civitavecchia is beautiful - I had researched so much about Rome and the cruise ports that we would be visiting that I was pleasantly surprised about how much I loved the area - I admit that I had done very little research about it other than the fort. The view of it from the Seaside Lounge was exceptional. The city is walkable (less than 1/2 mile) to the promenade, restaurants, the fort, the supermarket, the train station, and the famous kissing "Embracing Peace" statue... Regarding our accommodations, the building is secured and our room was clean and spacious. The building is about 1.1 miles from the cruise port and is walkable, but not with the amount of luggage that we had. We did use a taxi upon arrival... I would absolutely stay here again.

YOU HAVE TO STAY HERE!
Our stay was phenomenal. We had some trouble communicating because of cell connection (all on our end) and Georgiana was beyond accommodating. Instead of just telling us the code to get in, she left her home immediately when she found out we arrived, gave us a tour, and helped us get settled. Once we were settled she recommended some great tasting local spots for dinner (all great recommendations). So many snacks and drinks available all at no extra cost! Breakfast was five stars all the way. There was stories to go with her culinary decisions and she ensured us all was locally sourced which was amazing. To stay anywhere else near the port would be a mistake. The view, the accommodations, and the host were PERFECT.

If there was a way to give more than 5 stars, I would. The property itself was spotless, welcoming, had great amenities and gave a feel of comfort from the first moment. What makes this property extra special though is the staff. They have truly thought of everything. The breakfast is a step above, and they do not charge for anything once you arrive. Bottled water? Check. Sodas? Check. Coffee? Check. Mimosas with breakfast, an amazing view of the ocean, and hospitality no one else can touch. I've stayed here twice and cannot wait to return. Remarkable!

A fantastic place to stay
It was an amazing place to stay. The service was excellent Georgiana went above and beyond to do everything for our stay it was a 5star experience. Clean and had everything we needed. The property has the most amazing views of the ocean and the port where the ships dock.

Georgiana is fantastic. We stayed a day before going on a cruise. This place is very convenient if you taking a cruise and want to stay a day before your cruise. Breakfast was fantastic and she let us tried some Italian alcohol for breakfast! She also help us to arrange transport to the port! View is so great on the 12th floor.

Stunning Views & Amazing Service
It’s definitely the place to stay before or after your cruise. Georgiana is a truly fabulous hostess, going above and beyond to make your stay wonderfully memorable. Breakfast was delicious, complimented by a Bellini or two. There is a lovely lounge area with stunning sea views and if you’re feeling a tad peckish, there is access to an array of complimentary drinks and snacks. Georgiana is incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and arranged a seamless transfer from the airport to the ship. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our holiday.

Georgeiana is the most wonderful hostess.....amazing views from the common area (12th floor)...the breakfast time is amazing..she put lots of love ❤️ in everything she makes...we asked if she could help set us up a tour to the mineral springs in Tuscany...not only did she set it up..she joined us on the tour...making sure we had towels and even brought along local made snacks for our after swim time...if you are going to Civitavecchia ...you must stay here...you will not be disappointed...this place is amazing...and Georgeiana is a ray of sunshine.

Georgiana was so sweet and professional. All the small touches and love she has added to her place makes it more than top notch. Breakfast provided by local vendors, suggestions on where to eat, to all the small touches and amenities she has is amazing. Mom and I couldn't have asked for a better, safer place to stay. And the views from the balcony, absolutely breath taking. We loved our stay, wouldn't be able to top it. She even helped us arrange transportation to the port and when we return. We can't brag enough about Georgiana. We're already talking about/ planning our next trip here. Thank you Georgiana, you made our trip memorable!!
