A nice secluded weekend.
The property is on a hillside in close proximity to Helen. It was a relaxing weekend. This is a roomy place to stay with a bathroom for each room. We would definitely stay there again.

Special retreat
The cabin was very clean and perfectly located to Sautee arts center. It was quietly positioned in the woods and although there was a cabin just next door we still felt secluded. Enjoyed the stay.

Great stay for Oktoberfest
House was great for a group of friends in town for Oktoberfest! We loved the pool room and the living room was great for board games and football watching! Most of our group had bad service at the house and in town. I’d recommend downloading the check in/out instructions ahead of time in case you get there and can’t access your email or app!

Nice cabin. Close to Helen.
We had a nice time.
Very clean upon arrival and exactly as expected from pictures.
Close enough to Helen but far enough to be away from the traffic and crowds.
Slept 7 adults and a dog comfortably.
Would rent again in the future.

Terrible Internet
We stayed at Apple Dumpling and the house was nice about the same as described. The Internet (WiFi) was shared with another house so Sunday morning we woke up to no connection and had no way to do anything since the router was at the other house.
The 4th bedroom was nice but not sure why the owners don’t just put a door on the outside so that room is part of the house. Very simple fix.
We had grown children and 3 young grandchildren with us.
The layout was awkward.
It was a nice house so if you don’t need the 4th bedroom and internet is not important... you will like this house.
We probably will not stay again.

Loved the inside of the cabin.
Loved the inside of the cabin. It was super cute and enough room for everyone to be comfortable! The proximity to town was great and still felt in the woods and away from it all! My only complaints are: a smoke detector that beeped the entire time and was too high to change on our own. The yard to use some TLC. Don’t expect to see a nice firepit outback. The grass is grown up way to much to hang out. My sister wishes she would have brought her own weed eater! If you like being outdoors at night you’ll need to sit out front at the table and chairs and close to the front door. Other than that my family loved it!! Would love to go back!

Very nice cabin.
It took us a little while to figure out where the 4th bedroom and bathroom was. We didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t access to it without going outside and through a separate entrance, which meant the people staying in that room needed the key to the cabin to get back in the main cabin area. Recommend two keys. Weird set up, but nice room. We enjoyed our stay!!
