Summary:
Welcome to the Beds on Brewster ! Our 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home can sleep up to 12 people and features an oversized backyard with a large patio and gazebo, along with ample living space for all your friends and family to gather together. Here, you're only 10 mins to the Speedway and Fairgrounds, 15 mins to the Fort Campbell Visitor's gate, and 20 mins to Downtown Clarksville and the Clarksville greenway. No matter what brings you to the area, we know that you will love our home and we can't wait to host you!
The Space:
Guests will enter the home through the front door. Once inside, you will see the den on your right side. Here you will find a desk and futon. The dining room is to the left of the entry which has a table for 6. Just past the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen. There is a full-size fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave and additional seating so you'll have everything you need to make a full meal! The living room is between the kitchen and the den where you'll find cozy couches, an oversize tv and plenty of room to gather together. Take the stairs to the second floor for all the sleeping quarters. The first bedrooms has a queen size bed and futon and features a ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub. The remaining three bedrooms have queen beds. There is a full shared bathroom in the hallway as well.
Don't forget to check out the fenced-in backyard. There is an oversized patio with a gazebo, grill, and gazebo available for use.
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
This is located in a residential neighborhood not far from shopping and dining options.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
