Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We always try to stay in Clayton or Dahlonega around our anniversary. The home we stayed in was amazing, super clean and very close to downtown restaurants and local shops.

Paid too much for what we got.
After paying over $700.00 for a two night stay (watch out for the piling on of fees and taxes), the wifi didn't work, the fireplace didn't work, there were bugs in the light fixtures, and some of the light fixtures in the bathroom didn't even have light bulds. But what really irked us was there was not coffee. For $700.00+ there should be some coffee and condiments for the guess. Oh, and anytime you're on the 1st floor, your get to listen the neighbor's dog bark constantly. Never again.

Underwhelmed and Overpriced
Cute place, well decorated but unfortunately there were some serious issues. The fire alarm was malfunctioning from the minute we arrived. It was never fixed properly and went off throughout the night waking us up. The second bedroom was advertised as a queen size but it is a full size and made it uncomfortable for our guests. The view is terrible. An abundance of liter all over the back with an abandoned 18 wheeler directly out the back door. There’s an access road just past the trash….Mountain View is way off in the distance past the cell tower. The check out time of 10am is extremely early especially based on the nightly rate. Overall the unit is overpriced for what you get.
