I kept trying to call the hotel all day because of snow and nobody would answer the phone. I tried calling the main Best Western number, and AMAZINGLY each person said that they couldn't help me and I had to talk to the front desk, despite the fact that nobody answered the phone at the front desk! It was snowing heavily, I80 was a mess and blocked for many miles. So we turned around and drove the 3 hours back to our home and could never reach the hotel to notify them.

Needs some improvements, but beds were comfortable
Check in was slow and people were lined up out the door. Bar wasn't open. They were still cleaning rooms at 5pm, so had limited rooms available for check in on the holiday eve. There was an overwhelming smell of marijuana in every hallway, when it's suppose to be a smoke free facility. This was multiple floors. We were on the 2nd floor and our friend on floor 4 and 6. They were still cleaning rooms at 5pm in the evening, that's why check in was also backed up. They duplicated a couple of the rooms, so some people had to come back down to get a new room. Room itself was clean, just in need of updating. Beds were comfortable and that was most important to us as we were actually leaving the hotel for an event and only there to sleep. We didn't eat breakfast the next morning-so can't comment on that.
