We had a surgery at University Hospital and this is a great location
Property is exactly as it is described. Neighborhood is nice, neighbors are nice as well. Most anything you'd need is in the Property for use. Ken is a fantastic host, quickly ready to address any issue you may have. Continuing communication after arrival to ensure you have what you need. We have 4 more visits, and will try to get the place again.

Quiet Cozy Spot
We traveled to the area for post op appointments at the Cleveland Clinic. Location was great for getting to and from the Clinic. Quiet and cozy. Easy check in and out process and Great communication with host. Would stay again! Thank you for being a great host!

Great stay
The place was just as described. It was a cute, two bedroom duplex with kitchen and bathroom essentials. It was very relaxing in a quiet neighborhood. The owner checked to make sure we had everything we needed through VRBO messages several times. It was only 10 minutes or less to the Cleveland Clinic. We stayed for 7 nights If we have another long-term stay in Cleveland, I would definitely book again!

Clean and comfortable
This older home has been revitalized along with others in the neighborhood. It was an easy drive to Cleveland Clinic, the main reason for our stay. The wide steps to the front porch made unloading suitcases and the cooler an easy task for this first floor apartment. The HoneyBirch Bakehouse on the corner is definitely worth a visit (or two.)

Nice place on quiet street
Nice little flat on a quiet one way street. The house is very well maintained. The neighborhood is very quiet. The property manager was still in the house when we arrived. Very nice lady. If the need arises I will be staying here again.

Two day stay in Cleveland
Overall a great experience, nice little home not too far out of the city but not downtown with crazy traffic. Had an issue with parking but host and property manager helped sort out quickly and made everything super easy. Would book again if in the Cleveland area.

Great Experience
Charming is an accurate description. Comfortable beds, plenty of indoor space with a relaxing front porch for first floor quests. We enjoyed the ease of check in and check out. The owner’s communication was excellent and timely.

Weekend Stay
My husband and another couple of friends stayed here for a weekend trip and it was a great place to stay! Very clean and had everything we needed. The host Ken was amazing and responded immediately with any questions we had and reached out to make sure we didn’t need anything during our stay! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Much to enjoy:
The location, with its enjoyable restaurants and shops. Interior decor an aesthetic experience. This could develop into a uniquely interesting AND comfortable destination. Right now, just for example, kitchen needs a higher level of pots pans, etc for even the most basic fixing of a meal. More attention to comfort and function needed, with the guests in mind! That no doubt will come....
