Hotel lived up to what others had said , scrupulously clean and staff most professional and helpful would definitely return and recommend. We were here to visit a friend in twinsburg but due to bad reviews in that area we came a few minutes up the road , in a word Excellent!!!

Management saved the day!
Our experience started "on the wrong foot!". The first impression matters, and due to a poor employee, we we're certain we would NOT be staying here again! That said, we did all to speak with a manager, and my expectations were exceeded. Not very often do you see Good management anymore, lol, but this place has it. The hotel was clean, well kept, and the breakfast was excellent.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights Fri/Sat for a show in downtown Cleveland. Location, parking on site and check in was great. Amenities were fair for the price. The room itself needed a major upgrade! The carpet had a terrible wet/damp smell, the bed sheets had stains and the bathroom still had hairs from the previous guests. Our room was located on the first floor and we heard everything above us and the ice machine going off at all times of night. The room did not match the quality of the pictures. Great facility, staff and convenient location, but I would not come back because of the rooms. Not worth the value per night.

The king suite with pull out bed was spacious, and very clean! Although we had issues with our check in- the front desk was willing to accommodate and clear it up quickly and was VERY helpful! Would recommend over and over!

Best thing about this hotel is Steve, the Manager. He is very understanding. Our adult son has autism. Steve upgraded us to a larger room so that our son would be comfortable. We truly appreciate the empathy and kindness shown by Steve.

The staff from Michael at Front Desk, James in the Cafe, to Steven, GM, everyone was approachable, informative, kind & considerate. Steven told us in advance that a large family reunion was arriving Friday & he was blocking off part of parking lot just for them to be together. He suggested parking on other side of the lot. Great advance planning!! Very clean, quiet property. Easy access to expressways and Downtown Cleveland.
