Convenient good service
I was glad to see that the carpet was removed and hard flooring was installed. The updates were done however, the bathroom was dirty. We were very grateful that they provide 24 hour airport shuttle. Our driver was professional, and took us to the airport at 3 AM. We do not have to wait, and was taken to the airport as scheduled.

Breakfast buffet included eggs, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, orange juice & much more! Rooms were clean. The Mother Daughter dual at the front desk are awesome and assisted me most during my stay there. Upon check out, one front desk agent came off quite intimidating when I left a little late at checkout…around 12ish. He told me he would charge me $20 for being late but I didn’t get my usual wake up call at 11am so I did over sleep. Everything else about the experience was well worth it and would recommend. Close to airport and has a van that drives to airport as well.

Our stay was very nice. Newly remodeled which was nice but a little to crowded. Cleaning lady Tina and her daughter Amber nicest people I ever met while staying at a hotel. Tina always went above and beyond without even asking. Other new cleaning girl could not speak English no patience very rude and she was a new hire. If your dealing with patrons I feel they should be able to communicate some.

I made this reservation at the last minute, I was out on the first floor close to the door! I was unable to get into my room the gentleman came outside to help. I had a 5 am flight the new shift person had the van warming up and had me to the airport in 10 mins! I recommend Ramada!

They had us put a $60.00 deposit on the room and we got in there it smelled like smoke. The tile/flooring was coming up in spots. The walls were dirty . It looked like there was something spilled on them and over time accumulated. We went to the desk to let them know and also told the morning desk person. The bed made a noise every time you moved. Which they said they were aware of. All the furniture was newer but the rooms definitely need work. The staff was nice and the gentleman in the morning said they could have moved us to another room. We have a booking for January different hotel. Went over there to view it before our stay and it is a much nicer hotel.

Overall Top Choice For Value
I don't always take the time to do reviews, but I believe credit should be given when earned. We needed 2 nights, Thanksgiving - Saturday, in the general Cleveland area, with a budget in mind. I ended up choosing this location because: 1. it was the most affordable option ($98 for 2 nights); 2. It is conveniently located near both 480 and 71 and in Fairview Park rather than Cle; it included complimentary breakfast. Given the price & that it is technically a motel, I didn't have unreasonable expectations, but was pleasantly surprised. The building is older, but the rooms, lobby & breakfast area are all renovated and typical. There is the tech people want like USB ports, free wifi, smart TV & even a touch mirror. But, the best part of my stay was the service, specifically from Tina (the do-everything/housekeeping woman), as well as the majority of staff I encountered. At check in, Tina appeared to answer phones and try to help us as it became obvious I was getting impatient. I didn't realize she wasn't the clerk until he showed up. She even offered to make me a fresh pot of coffee upon hearing my complaint about not being able to get any on the way, and gave us restaurant recommendations. The next day, she happily met my requests for an additional pillow & fresh towels. The worst part of the entire 3 days was getting pulled over by Fairview as soon as I left for a ridiculous reason & being asked to consent to a search of my car & property, which I denied vehemently. Recommend!

There was not much I liked except for the price. The manager was very defensive with me when I complained and stated I would contact corporate. Towels were stained & dirty, Toilet was stained & dirty, Table in room wobbled horribly. Sink & Tub did not drain properly. AFter I unpacked I went to eat & when I came back I had found the toilet conditions when I used the toilet it was swaying due to it being loose and not bolted down. He threatened to refund me and put me out on the streets.
