Unfortunate Terrible Weekend Stay

This stay was awful for my family. We arrived late afternoon to a room where the air condition seemed not to work. We were told to wait a bit. After 2 plus hours at dinner room still no air. We were told to wait again. No other rooms were availble. Spent the entire night in 80 degree room. Next day it was fixed by engineer. But it still never worked correctly. 2 nights and no one in the family slept. Just awful. Plus the faucet in the bathroom sink was loose and jiggled everytime you put water on. Filth in vents The staff of Kim and Renee were very nice and not at fault but the stay was just awful. We have stayed at many Residence Inn's but this was a horrible two day stay sadly for my family.

Expedia pictures show a sofa area for a King Studio Urban but the room is actually very small with no sitting area. Very disappointing since we had to spend a lot of time there. Fire Station across street was loud at times. Otherwise hotel was fine

I stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago. Even though I didn't have a car, the hotel charged me for parking and said it would be returned when I checked out. However, it was not returned. When I called a few days ago, they said they would return it right away. However, they didn't return it. Yesterday I called again and they said they would return it. However, as of now, I still haven't received it today.

Excellent hotel and property where we have stayed 2 times and will def stay again! Friendly staff, clean and nice rooms with full kitchens (1-bedroom suite is worth the extra cost!), good breakfast, easy parking (fairly expensive but par for the course at this location), the pool and pool room are awesome, walkable to Cle Clinic. They also have a dedicated shuttle for patients. Highly recommend!
