Welcome to our beautifully updated home, located in the heart of Cleveland.

Perfect for work, sports/social events, medical care, or a staycation, you'll be close to everything - University Circle, restaurants, museums, stadiums/arenas, concert venues, coffee shops, walking trails, Case Western University, the Cleveland Clinic, University Hospital, and Lake Erie.

Welcome to your home away from home! Our beautifully designed home boasts cozy spaces with warm and luxurious colors of blue and orange, guaranteed to make you feel right at home.

The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together. Relax or entertain guests in the comfortable living room, complete with an ornamental fireplace and large television. A half bathroom completes the first floor.

On the second floor, four exquisitely decorated bedrooms await, two king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms, each equipped with its closet. A large modern bathroom with all the necessary amenities completes the space on this floor.

The third floor provides a unique space for both work and play. The spacious game room features a foosball table and an ottoman packed with board games! Our twin bedroom features three twin beds, ideal for kids or extra guests, as well as a wall-mounted PacMan arcade machine. The third floor queen bedroom features a desk if you need to get work done. Another full bathroom is also available on this floor.

Finally, in the warmer months, enjoy the outdoor spaces. Relax on the front porch or head to the back of the house, where you can fire up the grill and dine al fresco.

After booking, you will receive a renters agreement via email to sign and there will be a security hold of $350.00 placed on your credit card, similar to what hotels do for incidentals. Nasty
This property had mold in two of the bedrooms by the windows. Also had hair all over the floors and bathrooms. The beds were not clean at all. Had hair and crumbs in the sheets as if they were never even washed. Disgusting!! I would never recommend this property and I will reach out to VRBO about our experience.

Cleanliness and Maintenance Concerns During Our Stay
One bathroom/shower was completely out of order, leaving us with only one functional shower. Upon our arrival, we noticed that the bathroom had not been cleaned, with quite a bit of hair in the bathtub. The fridge, kitchen, and floor were also not well cleaned. Additionally, we were unable to use the washer and dryer due to hygiene concerns. Overall, our stay was okay but fell below our expectations.
