Shampoo and conditioner were empty. They had a some advertisement for lotion and when I opened the sample. It was empty. Parking lot was full, not a good hotel and not 4 stars.

Traveled to Cleveland to attend a NFL game, location of the hotel was great! Short walk to the stadium, also a short walk to the Rock and Roll hall of fame. The hotel restaurant was very good! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Nice lobby and restaurant. The bed was ok. The view was great. Only problem was we ordered room service on our last night. After an hour of not receiving it, we called and they transferred us to the restaurant where no one answered the phone. When we called back the front desk person said we would have to come down ourselves because she was busy. So we came down to the restaurant and they stated “we must have lost your order”. I asked if they could still make it and they said the kitchen was closed, sorry. They also said if we were charged for the order to get with the manager to refund it. Not great customer service in my eyes.

Great location. Clean rooms. Could have had table service in the bar/lounge during happy hour. Had to line up at the bar to order drinks and apps, which is disappointing for a hotel of this level.

Promptness. We had an issue with our toilet over flowing, talk to front desk and they had someone there to fix it within minutes. Also the room I originally booked wasn’t available yet due to not be cleaned, so instead of having us wait they gave us another room that was just fine. All the staff at the hotel was very polite and helpful
