The staff was very nice and accommodating. The front desk staff were very helpful and the breakfast lady Reva was exceptional. However the carpets in the hotel need a good cleaning or replaced. The rooms were clean though. The sidewalks outside are in need of leveling because my wife tripped and fell.

I loved this quiet property set in the woods. It was very accessible by Uber to Rocky River and Lakewood for my social events. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I could not ask for better service. I traveled with my two teenage daughters. Simple, clean and efficient property.

The staff here is so friendly and go out of their way to make your stay great. They were able to meet all of my requests and even called the room to make sure it was suitable and asked if there was anything we needed.

We generally like Townplace suites but the Westkake one was bit disappointment specially when traveling with family. The room was very stinky, don’t know if it was decade old carpet or the air conditioning. When we mentioned it to the front desk staff in the morning he basically gave us deaf ear. Thankfully we were just sleeping overnight and checked out in the morning, I couldn’t have stayed another night there.

The location was good for our trip. The hallways from the outside door to the room smelled and were dirty. The room suffered from the same smell albeit slightly less. Generally, the room was in serious need to deep cleaning or remodeling. Will never use that property again.

Dirty bug filled room.
The workers were great, room was Filthy, dead bug on the heaters, cobwebs in sll the corner, room must not have been cleaned or occupied in a while. Hallways and stairwell smelled like weed and cigarettes.
