Come & stay RIGHT ON THE BEACH of the Atlantic Ocean! This rare ONE bedroom Cocoa Beach condo is affordable and conveniently located in the Cocoa Beach Club complex which has a large, heated courtyard pool, its own putting green, a BBQ grill & private beach front access….all located just steps from the famous Cocoa Beach Pier & all that it offers -restaurants, drinks, surf lessons, beach volleyball & more! Plus you can enjoy swimming, fishing, boating or rocket launch viewing, all just steps from your front door! For your booking convenience, we only have a two night minimum stay - perfect for a quick weekend get away or a pre or post cruise retreat! Port Canaveral is minutes away & we offer an affordable option on either side of your voyage!

Our ground floor unit is perfect for one, two or even three people as we provide a large King sized bed plus a pack & play if you need one. (PLEASE NOTE: If you need a Pack & Play during your stay, you'll need to let us know upon making the reservation so we can be sure to have one there. If you don't, there will not be one) The king bedroom ensuite provides privacy & plenty of room! We provide a 2nd TV in the bedroom as well. We're happy to provide plenty of pillows, blankets, linens, towels & other household necessities. The main hall closet is full with beach items such as chairs, blankets, cooler, towels, boogie boards, sand toys etc. The updated bathroom has a tiled walk in shower, newer vanity & is privately attached to the bedroom. Our unit is professionally cleaned & our caretaker lives nearby in case any issues arise.

The main living area consists of an open living room/dining room combination that walks out to your patio area. We provide comfortable, high end (& somewhat eclectic) furnishings to make your stay memorable & enjoyable! A mounted Roku TV can be viewed from either end of the room. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room & includes all the dishes, silverware, appliances, pots, pans, utensils & towels that you may need! We even provide Keurig coffee pods. In addition, we provide a starter supply of paper products/soaps/shampoos.
Our living spaces are clean, updated & functional for vacationers. We try to offer things we appreciate while traveling, yet keeping things simple & uncluttered for all the extra “stuff” you bring on vacations.

Our safe & convenient electronic locks can be accessed 24/7 so you can come & go as early or late as you’d like. The complex allows for one covered parking spot which is located just steps from the unit. There’s also a coin operated laundry on site for you to use.

If you’re not familiar with the 72 miles of Florida’s “Space Coast”, there’s more to do than you could pack into a week! Here are just a few of the adventures you may want to look into:

Personal preferences vary in regard to water temp/water pressure as well as other variables. Condo sized water heaters. This is a Pet Free condo.
