Chateau by the Sea 508 on ylpeä omistaja "Stay In Cocoa Beach", joka on Premium-rannalla sijaitsevien premium-loma-asuntojen suurin omistaja!

Nauti upeista näkymistä merelle ylimmästä kerroksesta, suoraan Oceanfront-parvekkeelta. Tämä kattohuoneisto on aivan maailmankuulun Cocoa Beach -laiturin vieressä! Paikkaa ei yksinkertaisesti voida lyödä! Laituri on hieno kaiken ikäisille. Haluatpa kalastaa, pelata rantalentopalloa tai nauttia mukavasta illallisesta ja juomista, jokaiselle löytyy jokaiselle jotakin. Olet myös vain muutaman minuutin päässä kuuluisalta Ron Jons Surf -kaupasta, joka on paikallisen suosituin nähtävyys.

Loved the condo. Clean and convenient. My kids loved having a tv in their room. Only complaint would be that the condo blocked the sun after 3pm at the pool. Loved the view of the beach.

Wonderful facility
Loved everything about Chateau by the Sea! Perfect location. Beautiful view. Close to good restaurants, grocery, shopping. Walk to Cocoa Beach Pier. The entire facility was clean and well kept. If you get tired of the beach (I can’t imagine), the pool was great! Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning!

AWSOME view and located close to a number of activities, stores, restaurants.
We enjoyed setting on the balcony and rooftop deck and just listening to the waves. The pier is really close so we walked there on the beach numerous times. The only issues we had was what sounded like the rooftop furniture being moved around by other guest a few nights, and a couple nights where the guest in pool got really noisy, but once quiet time came around it got better.

Nice Condo with beautiful view
The condo was in a great location with a beautiful view of the ocean and pier. The roof top deck did not disappoint, especially when there is a launch at Cape Canaveral. The furniture was beautiful, but the couch had cushion covers that had stains on them. The table had older chairs that could have been recovered. There wasn't a lot of dishes, and we were continually washing the dishes so we could make meals each day. Be careful when walking on the tile in shoes with slick soles. My bf was putting on his shoes while on the tile floor and there was a bit of sand on the tile. He ended up breaking his leg day one, which put a huge damper on our stay. I had to constantly sweep the floor to ensure there wasn't sand on the floor as his crutches would slide. Overall, it was a nice place.

Love, love this place. from time of booking until leaving, Zareh, guest services manager, kept in contact with us, notifying us of procedures, things to do in the area, checking with us when we checked in, etc. we had a couple of concerns and he took care of them immediately. Location cannot be beat. Best ever for the area. We will be back next Oct for the 3rd time.

Excellent Condo and location!
The condo was just as described. Very clean with plenty of space for my family of 4. It came supplied with pretty much everything we needed for the week we were there. It was nice having the beach supplies (chairs, tent, etc). We definitely enjoyed watching the sunset on the rooftop. You could see both the ocean and the bay!!! I would definitely recommend this condo!!

Cocoa Beach Stunner!
This property was everything my husband and I had hoped for and more! Communication with the property manager, Stay In Cocoa Beach was simple and prompt. I really appreciated the Cocoa Beach area guide that was emailed to me before our trip, it contained so much helpful information about the area. The check in/check out process was as simple as it gets which is always a plus! Parking passes for the property are provided, also a huge plus. The condo was spotless and included all of the necessities that we needed for our stay. But the real stunner is the view that is property provides! The rooftop deck was our favorite part and we spent quality time up there each day. We were even lucky enough to stay during two launches and the view from the property was incredible! Our condo balcony was perfect for breakfast each morning and winding down after the day’s events. You also cannot beat the location of this property, we did a lot of walking and visited numerous businesses close by. We will absolutely be back to stay here again with Stay In Cocoa Beach!

Total relaxation!
Love this place, quite and private when you have ocean front views. Everything is close, we walked to Publix and had breakfast at Duncan Donuts. Coming back next year. Maybe every summer, thanks to management for making things so easy.

Wonderful location!
We loved our stay in Cocoa Beach. The condo is in a perfect location to be near everything we wanted to do! The facilities, pool, rooftop deck, and lounge / grill areas were wonderful. Our condo could use a bit of updating and improving. Nothing was specifically wrong, it just needs a good refresh and restock. Overall, it was a great trip. Thank you!

Fantastic views!!
We loved the great view from the balcony and even from the family room and kitchen! The condo had everything we needed and we appreciated the beach umbrella and beach chairs. It was great not to worry about washing ant towels or linens before we left too. And I am a pillow person and I appreciated the extra pillows and the fact that the pillows were comfortable ones! We walked to the Pier for dinner a couple of times! The common areas and grounds are very well maintained and clean also. We will definitely be back!

We rented a condo at Chateau by the Sea for a week in April 2022. From the moment we booked the communication was clear, concise, and informative. We had never been to the area so really appreciated that. When we arrived the check in was seamless and we checked in to a spotless condo with a wonderful view. It was better than we expected. The condo had everything we needed along with a fantastic rooftop, relaxing heated pool, and a short walk to the beach and pier. It was quiet, especially at night. The location was great and very close to everything you could want. All of the other residents were pleasant as well. We cannot wait to come back and will for sure rent through Stay in Cocoa Beach again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
