Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Don’t use vacasa properties
We did not stay. On arrival there was poop in 2 of the 3 toilets. One bed was slept in and no water. Property manager did not answer and disconnected so couldn’t leave a message. Really screwed up our plans.

Loved it!!
This house was a perfect location for a family vacation!! We watched dolphin play in the canal almost every morning and a mama and baby manatee hung around the dock almost the whole stay as well!! Really enjoyed our time there!!

Great location!
Beach and food are a short walk away - and you can watch Cape Canaveral rocket launches from the dock (we saw two), while fishing. Just keep a hand on your fishing rod, or you might lose one to a catfish or drum (true story).

Perfect beach house!
We loved this place! Located in a cute residential neighborhood, the house had plenty of room for our family of six. It is an easy walk to the beach with traffic lights to cross the busy streets and is right by the fun downtown of Cocoa Beach. The large backyard with the canal and kayaks is a wonderful bonus. I did have some trouble connecting with the host ahead of time so I will tell you about many of the things you will find at the house to save you the trouble of trying to find out! There is a great beach wagon, four beach chairs, sand toys, a beach umbrella and two boogie boards. There is a ping pong table in the garage and a frisbee golf goal. Also a nice hammock in the backyard, a charcoal grill and a fire pit. And a basketball hoop and basketball. My kids (teens) loved this place! My husband and I loved it too - there were plenty of filters for the coffee maker!

Good, but needs follow up
The property, location and cleanliness are good. The issue was in the (bunk bed) room intended for kids, the blinds for the large sliding glass did not work. The issue was rather obvious and could be quickly fixed with some basic tools. I informed the property manager within an hour of check-in and they said someone would contact me with a maintenance solution. I never heard back from them in 4 days. So we had to jury rig a curtain so our kids were not in a room wide open to the public. There were also old medications on a closet shelf and a bathroom tub spigot and sliding doors that needed to be secured. The location is otherwise quiet, was easy access to the beach and near food food joints.

Dissapointed in stay
After looking at the pictures we were super excited for our trip to the Cocoa Beach area after a week at Disney. I'm not sure how old the pictures are in the listing, because we didn't feel like the pictures show the true depiction of the property. When we arrived the house there were tons of bags of trash by the mailbox overflowing the trash bin. After walking in to the house we realized why...It gave off the impression that there was a party there before us judging by the backyard with the confetti and balloons. The sheets appeared to have never been cleaned. There was food remnants on top of the master bed comforter. The guest shower didn't drain properly and there was hair everywhere. The master shower never got warm. The towels were old with holes in them. All in all, we were very disappointed in this property since the pictures make it look beautiful. The neighborhood is very cute and the house has potential just needs a really good cleanse!

Not the best stay
The home is very nice. An has alot of room for big family. The downsize of it being clean is a totally different story. Two of the beds had hair on the pillow. The shower had hair in it. Plus I was really upset that the garage side door wouldn't lock. I reached out to who for the company to let them know. They told me someone would reach out to us the same night. But they didn't at all. So we really didn't rest during our stay. I was worried about my family safety. Anyone could have came in on us. On our day of checkout I received a call from maintenance about fixing the door. Long as they already had their payment I guess addressing our issues and concern wasnt a big idea.

Beautiful home on the canal
Beautiful home on the canal 4 blocks to the beach. Would definitely stay again. Master bed was comfortable. Managers were very responsive when we could not find any beach towels. Having the kayaks on the canal were amazing. We say manatees twice. Loved it. Thanks so much

Not long enough
The only thing that isn't quite as good as advertised is the back deck lighting (only half of which worked ), and some of the indoor light remote controls. But we loved it here and wish we could have stayed longer. Great property and location!

Wonderful Waterfront Vaca
The experience was as advertised: Chic waterfront haven with private dock, two kayaks, firepit, etc. Our family was delighted by the beachy vibe of the spacious floorplan. Everything was updated and comfortable. We really enjoyed the outdoor space where we enjoyed coffee/reading on the dock and dined under the gazebo with fan and party lights at night. Visited by dolphins daily. We all took a turn kayaking in the peaceful canal. Location was perfect in a quiet neighborhood just blocks from the downtown happenings. Definitely a repeat!
