Cocoa Beach -lomallemme sopii erinomaisesti perheitä tai kokouksia! Juuri uusittu, sisältäen upouudet laitteet, huonekalut ja koristeet! Paljon tilaa venyttää ja rentoutua tässä tyylikkäästi sisustetussa kodissa. Nuku mukavasti 4 erillisessä sängyssä, joissa on 2 lisävedettävää vuodesohvaa! Nyt mukana päivitetty graniitti kylpyhuone ja keittiö.

Istuu kadun toisella puolella rannasta ja lomakohteista!

Kaikki mitä tarvitset rantayhteydellä kadun toisella puolella, tekee tästä kauniista 3 makuuhuoneen kodista juuri oikean lomaparatiisin!  Paljon mukavuuksia, kuten pesukone / kuivausrumpu, Kuerig-kahvinkeitin, palokammio, terassi, vedä sohva, erityisen suuri täysin varustettu keittiö ja puulattiat. Tässä laitteessa on HDTV-kaapeli! Blu-ray- ja DVD-soittimissa on muutama valittavissa oleva elokuva. Tämän poistetun lomaloman avulla voit rentoutua paljon yksityisyyttä ollessasi vain hetken päässä rannalta!

Tässä yksikössä on 2 olohuonetta, joissa molemmissa taulutelevisio ja kaapelilaatikot. Mukana on myös sohva, TV, DVD-soitin ja pesukone / kuivausrumpu!

Jokaisessa olohuoneessa on ulosvedettävä vuodesohva!

Vieraat voivat ylittää kadun ja käyttää lomakohteen mukavuuksia, kuten ylimääräisiä palokuoppia, ulkopöytiä ja istuimia, grillit / BBQs, riippumatot ja paljon muuta! Pääsy rannalle on vain keinona. Resort tarjoaa myös rantaleluja, boogie-lauttoja, rantatuoleja, sateenvarjoja ja paljon muuta! (Palauta tavarat vajaan, kun muut vieraat voivat käyttää niitä).

Huolestutko lapsista? Älä! Lomakeskuksen mukavuuksiin kuuluu pelihuone ("Quique's"), jossa on iso tv, mukavat istuimet, lautapelejä ja kirjoja, jotta ne olisivat käytössä! Quiquella on hauskaa koko perheelle! (Muutamia elokuvia toimitetaan myös kotona)

Kävele lomakeskuksen kauniisti sisustetuilla alueilla tai käy yhdellä monista paikallisista nähtävyyksistä! Kuten: Cocoa Beach Pier, kuuluisa Ron Jon Surf Shop, Cocoa Beach Village tai vain rentoutua ja rentoutua kookospähkinöissä rannalla!

Musty smell upon arrival, had to buy farbreeze and clean. Inside is dated to photos, outside needs work. Firepit and backyard not up to standards. Beach and resort across the street very nice. Average rrview for the stay, with a little work on the home it would improve.

Beach getaway
We enjoyed our stay at Cocoa Beach. The proximity and access to the beach was especially nice. The instructions said we had to go through the yard behind us to get to the beach but in actuality we had to cross the road in front of us to get there. So that was a bit hard to understand. The house was nice and comfortable except for the bed in the laundry room. I did have concerns about the yard. On the side of the house was some paint cans and a broken door. Things you wouldn’t want your young children around. Overall we had a great time atCocoa Beach and would consider staying here again.

Troubled stay
The booking went fine on the VRBO end then but contact with manager was tuff. They took multiple days to respond to the VRBO message system to the point I thought I was going to have to cancel the booking and find another house. Upon arrival to house you see the potential lost in this property. The yard has NOT been cared for. Yes there is lawn chairs but who wants to sit in foot tall weeds. You have to wear shoes because the sticker bush weeds are extremely painful and the yard is covered in them. I unlocked the front door and a sour smell hit me. I chalked it up to it is an old house type smell. After we walked in and out getting luggage it seemed to calm down but never went fully away. At 9:30 or so the first night the house alarm started going off at the panel every minute or so. Called the emergency number left a message and never heard from anyone Ever. It finally stopped about 12:30 am. Received a welcome email next day. Sent reply email about issues and guess what. No call or email back. I must say that for an old beach house there were no bugs! The listing said there was a DVD player which there is not. There are no beach toys on property but the resort that they discussed in the listing was crazy awesome and helpful with boogie boards and toys for the kids. Three days in I figure out the smell. It was noted by another guest in a review of the wash machine. I needed to do some laundry and as soon as I saw the green mildew in the washer I knew what was causing the odor. It got overwhelming when the machine started to drain and the stagnant water in the pea trap let off its odor. Once again the resort across street came to rescue and gave us towels. Going to a laundry mat on vacation sucks. All in all I would never stay here again. When I did speak to Wanda about my issues she seemed indifferent she did offer to reimburse me for the laundry cleaning expenses. Communication is key and every step of the way it was me going the extra mile. You can tell that low expectations are the norm with this rental. I would however stay across the street at the resort that was so helpful

Awesome place
This was our second time in this VRBO. It’s a super comfortable and quiet house. The walk across the street is easy and short. (We’ve stayed in condos ON the beach with longer walks.) We do bring a beach wagon that we use about half the time. Our family of 8 has plenty of space to spread out. We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful place
This house is setup carefully and with attention to detail. We weren’t necessarily looking for the resort amenities, but ended up making the easy run across the road and enjoying the beach, toys, chairs, and hammocks many times. The setting is unique and cozy and set apart like a little oasis. We usually spend a month in the panhandle with our family every year, but we loved this place so much, we’re considering coming back here next year. We had a little confusion at check in, but the management company and on-site manager were both fantastic and went above and beyond to help us straighten it out. We highly recommend this place! If this house is booked, there are other options at this resort that would definitely be worth your time to look for.

Great stay!
House is cute, clean and plenty big for 2 families. The back area has a master and a living room with a pull out. This gave both families places to chill/watch movies. The beach is right across the street. The only minus about the place is the washer and dryer. The washer was broken. Someone had used it and water was stagnant in the bottom causes a stink. The property manager took care of the water. But, we weren’t able to wash clothes during our stay. The dryer kept getting clothing stuck on the dryer filter. My brand new bathing suit got caught snd broken.

Enjoyed the space we had for 11 people. Did not realize we were across the road from the beach, but it was a very short walk. The children really enjoyed the ocean with hardly anyone in our area of beach. Very private.

It was excellent. Staff was great! We arrived early and were able to use the shared area with beach access prior to check in. They provided us towels and everything we needed to grill before we even checked in.

The house was clean. Need to put information in the book about ceiling fan remote. With it being so hot outside the 72 degree temperatures was very warm. We requested extra trash sacks and we got 2 more and we were told the rest were on us. On Sunday I went in to get beach umbrellas and was told you don’t usually give them out to the customers renting the house. But I was told we could use all the beach equipment. We really enjoyed our stay

Spacious, comfortable, family friendly
We LOVED our stay. 11 of us (6 grown ups and 5 kids) had plenty of room. Everything in the house is of high quality ( even the pull out sofa- the most comfortable I have ever come across) and well thought of. We enjoyed the back yard and especially the family resort across the street. Very quaint. We want to come back!

We killed 5 mosquitos in house during first day. That was not a problem I wanted to fight during vacation. Although we can get to a rationalization that is a reasonable problem to encounter, it was more than we wanted to face on vaction. We left the property

Love the beach access
It was a very nice home and had all the things we needed in the kitchen to cook and grill. I loved the fact that we could use the resort across the street with grills, fire pits, beach stuff, etc. We really enjoyed our stay.
