Riverfront Cocoa Beach Home Walk to Beach&Downtown

Uniquely located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood where you can enjoy the peace and serenity of real beach living; and have the vibrance of downtown CB within walking distance. Need beach/adventure gear? This coastal townhouse makes you want to take your shoes off and kick back as soon as you walk in(literally, there is a shoe rack right inside the front door). The interior of the home features a fully equipped kitchen containing the essentials needed for those that love to cook. Plus a coffee machine ready to brew. The dining and living room are a joined open space to lounge, watch TV, or just socialize; perfect after a long day at the beach. The backyard is a private, tropical space with patio furniture and a hammock corner under the lush trees. The garage is yours to take advantage of as well with a washer and dryer onsite as well as an outdoor sink. Upstairs the 3 bedrooms(1 King and 2 Queens) are spacious and all have views of the beautiful surroundings. The master bedroom with its balcony and luxurious bathroom (with jacuzzi tub and dual shower) will have you excited to unwind at the end of the day. The upstairs guest bathroom has a shower as well and there is a small half bath downstairs. BONUS: The balcony of the home and the nearest beach access are PRIME spots to view our the famous rocket launches.

The location is awesome. Short walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded as it was away from the condos. 20 minute drive to Port Canaveral for parasailing and fishing excursion. And the house had everything needed for a relaxing family vacation

Totally AWESOME!
Our stay at this property was AWESOME! The home is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and downtown areas. The home was super-clean and stocked well with appliances, cookware, towels, linens, detergent, and games. The patio was a great spot to chill in the morning and in the evening. The private dock across the street was great too! We saw four manatee and a porpoise (or dolphin) right off the dock one morning! The owner Nick was super-responsive to questions and seems like one cool dude. We hope to stay at this property in the future!

Other than my stay not being long enough, everything was amazing! Beds were super comfortable. Close to everything, including the beach. Nice, quiet and relaxing. Can't wait to come back... May not be able to wait till next year!

It was great to be walkable distance from the main beach area and restaurants. The host - Nick - communicated well prior to arrival and was very responsive during our stay. Having two bathrooms and ability to access Netflix etc. was a plus for our group.

Great location!
What a great location, we have rented in the area before, this place is the best location, so close to beach and downtown shops, but quiet. Overall the house is great, but could use some TLC. Rusty front door, rotten porch rail, dirty couch cushions. The kitchen has basics, but could use some additional cookware pots/pans. 1/2 Master shower wasn’t working. But what a fun shower it is. Beds were on soft side and very cozy. Host was responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We were blessed to stay at this property over Christmas. Even though the weather didn't cooperate as much as desired, we were able to put puzzles together, watch movies, and find restaurants open for the holiday.... just enjoying family time, so we never got bored!

Short Cocoa Beach Getaway
Had a wonderful time in this home: it was exactly as described in a super quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to the beach and all of the dining and shops in Cocoa Beach. The house was comfortable and had everything you would need and we absolutely loved the dock to sit and watch wildlife! Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful Cocoa Beach
This was our first visit to Cocoa Beach. Nick was wonderful with sharing local places to visit, it was extremely easy to check in, and we had a wonderful stay. The house is located within an easy walk to the beach and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. Right across the street is a wonderful dock where you can fish. We caught quite a few fish and really enjoyed the dock. The house is in a quiet area so you can enjoy the peace and quiet. However, It is close to everything and is within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back when we visit Cocoa Beach.

Clean and close to the beach
This property was amazing for our stay on cocoa beach. Everything was clean and just as described. The short, few blocks walk to the beach was fantastic and there are many shops and restaurants that are an easy walk too. Nick was good and timely at communicating. We had a great stay!
